It had offically been 4 months since Brian had come into Allison's life, and she couldn't be more thankful. To know that he's the reason she's alive and had Paige was more than she could ever pay him back. She had even gone down to the fire station with Paige when she was just a few months old, wanting to thank them all. At that point, Brian had already been with Impractical Jokers and made his rescue his last call. After all the smoke and fumes, it made his head hurt worst than previous flare ups, so he decided after 10 years, it was time to throw in the hat.

Today was Thanksgiving - usually Brian would head down to his parents by now, but he had someone else to share it with. They decided that they were going to have a Friendsgiving - along with their families.
"So do your parents not get together for the holidays? Not even your sister?"
"My sister is incognito and my parents hate each other but still remain married for the money." Allison didn't like talking about how money hungry and stuck up her family was. She didn't want Brian to get the wrong idea about her, though she had proved herself true time and time again.

"Well you can follow me to whatever holiday venture I go," Brian smiled down at Allison who was finding some clothes to wear to their friend's house. For once, they both wouldn't be the single ones at gatherings.
"Do you think the debutants will be there?" She wrinkled her nose as Brian went to leave the bedroom.
"Don't be jealous baby, I'm all yours," Brian gestured down to himself, causing Allison to sarcastically snort with laughed. "Ouch."
"I'm just kidding! Now can you check on my daughter please? You gave her the biggest cinnamon roll I've ever seen in my life and I haven't heard from her since."

It was true. There was a muffin shop down the road from where Brian grew up on Staten Island. This morning on his way over, he picked up a cinnamon roll, two monstrous breakfast sandwiches, two coffees, and a hot chocolate - even though it was easily 45 minutes out of the way.

"Hey Paige, was it good?" Brian called from outside her partially closed door.
"Yup!" He raised an eyebrow at her shortness and knocked on the door slightly. He had no idea how to be anything close to a parent or mentor. "Can I come in?"

In a second, Paige opened the door and popped her head in the hallway, seeing her mother's door slightly closed as well. She reached up with her sticky cinnamon sugar fingers and pulled his hand in - rather quickly and roughly.
"I got frosting on the dress mommy wanted me to wear." Paige had a soft tone, almost like she wanted to cry. "She's gonna be so mad."
"Nah, she'll be okay. Come on, lets see what else you've got in here." Brian went to the closet that was completely organized, so he easily found her formal dresses. Paige continued to look at the floor and decided to just clean her hands on her already ruined dress.

"What do you think about this one? We can match!" Brian held up a beautiful dress that had Paige's eyes almost bulging out of her head.
"Yes yes!" She reached her hands up and grabbed the dress from Brian before shooing him out of the room.

When he got to the hallway, he looked at Allison who had a puzzled look on her face. "Is everything okay?" She asked, her eyebrow now raised.
"Kosher! We made a wardrobe adjustment, but that's all. You look great!" Brian was trying to sweeten her up before telling her he was the reason Paige was a mess.
