The week had gone by painfully slow for both Allison and Brian.

Allison was back at work full time, Paige with her grandparents. She was working over time, until 7 at night. Brian had a few late podcasts and had to deal with the fact that Allison was exhausted. He wanted nothing more than to come over and carry her to bed, kiss her softly and feel her body against his - mostly to fuck the shit out of her too.

Luckily Brian was off for the day; it had been almost a week since he was able to feel himself release inside of Allison. He couldn't shake the thought as he was in his shower, his hard cock pulsing in his hand. He forced himself to wait, though it would really only take him a minute to get himself off. Groaning loudly, he cranked the cold water on and forced himself to stand under until his hard on disappeared.

Allison was doing more ordering and computer work than she was on the floor anymore. As much as she liked being in charge of the clothing coming into the store, she also missed the connection with her customers. The phone rang so much, she heard it in her sleep. Her eyes had developed bags from lack of sleep and staring at a screen all day long.
"Hey girl," Malia popped her head in the doorway after knocking. "I just wanted to tell you that I was headed out."
"Alright, thank you!" Allison called out to her. "What are your plans for the night?"
"Actually," Malia smiled widely and sat down across from Alli's desk. "Sal invited me over. The only reason I said yes is because you are going." Alli cheered after chuckling at her friend.
"I'm so beyond glad that you're hitting it off!"

"Is it bad I'm expecting a first kiss?"
"On New Years?! That dirty dog," Allison joked, hearing her phone ding. She checked the time before checking the text - 6:49 pm and she had at least 3 other orders to do before she left.
"Are you sure you don't need any help?" Allison glared at Malia in a joking manner, making her smile and wave as the phone rang again.

On the island, Brian was of course getting his hair and beard trimmed before going on the journey of helping Sal set up for New Years Eve. This party was usually thrown at James' and it made Brian wonder if he was only doing this to impress Malia, who he had been talking to on the daily.

"She's into shoes as much as I am. She sent me a picture of her sneakers - she's got as much as I do."
"Is that like a goal or something?" Brian asked as he helped hang decoration around the house.

He enjoyed Sal's house - it was up on the hill and over looked the city on the water, almost in the direction of Allison's home.

It was now 8:30 and people were arriving. Brian was trying to keep his composure as there was a knock on the door. Allison was going to be late, but he didn't know what time to expect her. She said she was rushing home to change and then she'd call him on the bridge.

"Hey Malia, come on in." Q grabbed her coat and went to hang it in the pantry way. "Do you know if Allison's coming soon?"
"When I left at 7, she was still swamped. I tried to help her, but she's a little stubborn."
"Yeah, no kidding," Brian joked even though he was starting to feel upset. He missed her and was filled with a room full of people he loved to be around, and Murray.

"She's coming dude, relax." James patted his friends back before going off to get another drink. Brian sighed heavily and went to his jacket pocket to take a rolled up joint - another Christmas gift - and stepped outside. He was on his best friends back porch, looking at the blanket of snow covering the city, realizing his happiness had depended upon Allison lately. While he couldn't decide if it was a good or bad thing, he took a long drag on the joint, blowing it out slowly as he watched it swirl in the sky.

"I could smell that from the driveway," Allison said with a smile, watching her boyfriend embrace her habits. "Sorry I'm running late baby."

Brian pulled her into a hug and kiss, her body shivered against his. "I'm just glad you're here now." He smiled and kissed her once again before handing her the joint.
"Did you craft this?" Allison asked, surprised at how well it was rolled.
"I mean yeah, with the help of the roller I've had since 1995," Brian joked before quickly realizing that was the year his girlfriend was born. His eyes widened and Allison just let out a loud laugh, which was contagious to him. "Sorry.."
"For what? Being a panther, praying on my young self?" She joked, handing him the joint as she danced over to him. He already had a good buzz on, he knew that Allison wouldn't take long to catch up to him.
