Brian and Allison had been texting for the past week. They had been tied up with filming and Allison was trying to put in some overtime for a position she wanted. Melyssa and Allison were shopping in Manhattan today for wedding items, mostly Bridesmaids dressed.

"You have that shit eating grin on your face again, babe." Melyssa snapped Allison out of her thoughts and they smiled at each other.
"I'm starting to really feel comfortable with him."
"Well yeah he's the bases of your sexy fire fighter dreams." Allison smacked her friend and pulled out a silky dress that would look gorgeous with the theme they chose already.

"Look, I didn't even know it was him. I remember David throwing me against the China cabinet my grandmother gave me and I felt a gash in my head. Then the next thing I know I'm stumbling through a Smokey kitchen barely able to see. I grabbed the curtain and fell to the ground and pulled it over me hoping it was resistant. The next thing I know I opened my eyes to see a foggy figure and blue lights."

"You don't have to talk about it." Melyssa said as she shifted through the hangers. "I'm just glad he'll never have the chance to ruin lives anymore."
"Me too." Allison's phone went off with a funny picture of Sal and a mannequin and she couldn't help but laugh.
"Oh boy," Melyssa sighed jokingly. She could sense that her best friend was actually happy, giddy about the chance to be with a man rather than someone who's not ready to settle. Ali was one of her only friends that didn't mind living a single life, no huge house in the hills with seven kids.

"When me the last time you got to see Paige?" Melyssa questioned as she replied to her new low interest.

Brian was trying not to show how much he was checking his phone. He kept it on silent but face up right in front of him as Murr took his chance to act like a fool. They were currently hiding in the upstairs break room of a small market in Manhattan. Their 'wives' had to join them out in the floor, trying to embarrass them.

"Q, your up next you know." Sal snapped him out of his thoughts. "Get the right he'd into the game." Joe laughed and grabbed Brian's shoulder.
"Oh leave him be, the kids in love."
"Oh shut up, you asshats. As you may know, we have something more than that right now. I literally saved her life and she happened to be our best friends, fiancé's best friend?"

"Yeah you lost me, just got get your makeup done." Joe grabbed the mic and went on quing Murr.

I think we should have a proper date. Maybe sooner than later?

I wouldn't oppose to seeing you in a button up again.

Brian laughed at the response and quickly asked what her favorite type of cuisine was.

Anything to fill the endless pit in my stomach! Surprise me 😉

He intended to do a hell of a lot more than that. He sighed and typed a non sexual response instead of the one he thought up.

The cameras about to roll. I'll tell details soon.

"So do you want to stop by? James said it was the market two blocks away." Allison's face turned red. "Oh come on Ali, you look fine, what's the deal?"

"Last time we saw each other, we kissed.." Melyssa grabbed her hand.
"Shut up. Why didn't you say so?" She grabbed her phone and answered it quickly. "Hey babe. We're going to stop by for a few before we head back to our place. I love you more!"

Allison faked a gag but it was only to distract her and Brian's kiss from discussion. Melyssa narrowed her eyes as they began to stride down the street.
"Okay, spill."
