Chapter 10 - Espadas?!

Ichigo's POV

I woke to the bright light and the feel of someone's arms around me. Who? I rubbed my eyes and then opened them. I was lying on the roof and the sun was shining bright this morning. Turning my head, I saw Kaisha snuggled close to me. I blush slightly. The girl I've had a crush on slept with me. Not, that. All we did was sleep with our clothes on. This is PG!

Careful not to wake her, I shuffled away from her and tried to remove her arms that were wrapped securely around me. Damn! That was so hard. I froze when I saw her eyelids move. She opened her eyes and stared into mine. Her brown eyes were so hypnotising, I almost didn't hear her when she spoke.

"Good morning Ichigo" she smiled.

"Good morning Kaisha."

Then the silence returned and we just stared, and smiled. "Ahem." I heard someone clear their throat. I turned around to see Rukia.

"Hey Rukia" I greeted.

"Hi Ichigo, hi Kaisha" she said. Then she looked at me with a look on her face that said 'business'.

"We don't want to be late Ichigo. It's almost time to search for the Ryoka. We need to find out who they are. So get ready. We should get searching as soon as possible" Rukia said. I nodded with all seriousness on my face. "Alright. I'll go get ready."

"Damn! Where could they be hiding?" I yawned and stretched.

"Quit your whining!" Rukia told me off. Then, I felt something. It was like a bit of reiatsu, and my gut feeling.

"Something's on the left. Wait. There's something on the right as well" I figured. Reiatsu was coming from both sides. It wasn't a lot. You would only feel it if you were like, 50 metres from it.

"Let's split up. You take left, I'll take right. Don't be reckless when you fight and, good luck" Rukia smiled before taking off to the right. I nodded and headed to the left, where I sensed the reiatsu.

I flashed stepped over to the place and hid behind a tree. Peeking out, I saw a guy standing in a small clearing. He had long, black hair. His eyes were slanted, correction: eye. There was an eye patch covering his left eye. Behind his head was a big white spoon shaped thing. Sorry, I couldn't describe it. He was wearing all white. The grin on his face was bloodlust. He reminded me of Kenpachi in a way. In his hand was a huge scythe like thing.

then I realised something. He was looking straight at me. No need to hide behind a tree anymore. I jumped out and faced him.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Ichigo. Long time no see, eh?" he smirked. What? I haven't seen this guy at all.

"Sorry. Have we met before?" I asked.

"You don't remember? Ohhhh" he said as he just remembered something. "The memory erasing injectors haven't worn out yet, I guess." WHAT?! Memory erasing? I've lost some of my memory? Did he inject Orihime, Chad, Uryu and Rukia as well?

"What do you mea-"

Before I could finish, a pain shot through my head. I closed my eyes and held my head in my hands. Biting my lip to stop from screaming.

"Oh. It looks like it's all coming back to you. Hehe. I sense a fight coming after" the spoon man said grinning.

I ignored him. Soon the pain went away and thousands of pictures filled my head. Picture after picture. No... they weren't just any pictures. These were my memories of these people that wiped away my memory.

I saw the spoon man. His name was Nnoitra. Then I saw... Ulquiorra and Grimmjow. The people that went to our school. They were...
