Win arrived at his condo unit.

Anyone wanna eat with me?

Win sent that to their group chat.

I can't, Winnie, I'm sorry. I have a deadline this midnight. I'll make it up to you. ☹️

I also can't. I'm still at work. I'll just make it up to you tomorrow!

I'm free, Win, I'll be in your place in a few minutes. I'll just buy your favorite foods.

You two, better make it up to me.

Win replied then he put his phone on his bed.
He left his bedroom when someone rang his doorbell
He opened the door and saw Gulf
"Hey." Win gave him a sad smile
Gulf didn't say anything, he just opened his arms for him
Win pouted and hugged Gulf
Gulf uttered,"Tell me about it."and they pulled away from each other
They went to the kitchen and sit on the stools
Gulf put the foods that he bought on the kitchen counter
"I was supposed to eat dinner with Bright tonight but he stood me up." Win said, shrugging
Gulf gritted his teeth, "That jerk."
He asked Win, "Did he say anything why he couldn't make it?"
Win answered, "No, and until now he's still not replying to me." he looked down
"Win, you know your worth, right?" Gulf asked that caused Win to look at him
Win nodded at him
Gulf added, "Then you won't settle with that."
Win uttered, "Thank you, Kana." they smiled at each other before starting to eat

"You okay now, Gie?" Bright asked as he dropped Giggie off in her apartment
Giggie answered, "Yes, thank you, Bright."
She added, "And sorry for bothering you, I just couldn't think of anyone who could understand my situation better
than you do."
"Anytime, cous." Bright said with a small smile
Bright was on the way to his condo unit when Tay called him
Bright answered the call, "What's up, bro?"
Tay said, "You know what's up, Bright, you stood Win up. How could you forget your plans eating dinner with him?"
Bright widened his eyes, just realizing about that
He said, "Shit, shit, shit. It slipped out of my mind. My mind went blank when Giggie came up to me crying." he pulled over at the side of the road
"He waited for you for 30 minutes, Bright, he's been trying to contact you and when he couldn't, he called me
and asked where you are." said by Bright
Bright said, "Damn it. Thank you for telling me, Tay. I'll call him now."
Tay uttered, "Hmm, talk to you again later." then he ended the call
And that's when Bright saw all of his notifications from Win
Bright dialed his number as he started to drive on the way to Win's office

He arrived in front of Win's brand's store while still calling him but Win wouldn't answer it.
He saw Love closing Win's brand's store
Bright quickly got out of his car and walked up to Love
He uttered, "Love." and Love immediately looked at him
Love said, "Oh, hey, Bright."
Bright asked her, "Uhm, hi, do you know where Win is?"
"No, he left at exactly 7:30 earlier. I don't know where he went though." Love's response
Bright asked, "Could you just tell me his address?" and Love nodded at him then gave him Win's address
He uttered, "Thank you, Love." then he quickly went back inside his car and drovee away

Bright reached the front of Win's door, he pressed the doorbell twice then the door opened.
He cut himself off, "Win, —"
Gulf opened the door and was shocked to see Bright
Then Gulf crossed his arms, "What the hell are you doing here? After you stood my friend up?"
"I didn't mean to do that. I'm really sorry that's why I gotta talk to him." Bright sounded like he was begging, but he didn't care
Gulf uttered, "Just one question."
"Shoot." Bright immediately said
Gulf asked him, "What is your real intention to my friend?"
Bright simply swallowed the lump in his throat then he answered him, "Your friend is really special to me, Gulf.
I know he's already with someone else, but I just can't seem to stay away from him. I don't know why,
but that's what he's making me feel. "
Gulf nodded at him, "That's kinda relieving to hear, but please, don't make him sad again. Among the four of us, he's the the most cheerful and carefree person that's why whenever he's sad, the whole group feels sad as well."
Bright uttered, "You can count on me."
Gulf nodded at him again then he said, "He fell asleep, but he'll wake up in a few minutes, and when he did, give him the macarons in the fridge. It'll cheer him up."
Bright said, "Thank you."
Gulf patted his shoulder before leaving
Bright entered Win's place and carefully closed the door, he saw Win peacefully sleeping on the sofa
He slowly sit on the floor and just fondly stared at Win's face
Win faced him as well and slowly opened his eyes when his sight became clear, he widened his eyes and sit up
Win asked him, "What are you doing here?" and Bright slowly sit beside him
Bright answered, "I know I made you wait in the restaurant. I feel very bad because of that, that's why I am truly sorry." he held Win's hands
"I heard you left with a woman. So, you're with someone else already as well?" Win's second question
Bright stopped himself from smiling
"If you are then we can't —"
Bright cut him off by pulling Win's arm and used his other hand to hold Win's face and kiss him
It was a soft and long one then Bright whispered, "Hey, no, and if I'm gonna be with someone it'd be only you."
Then he added, "Giggie is my cousin. She had a problem with her mother, and I'm the only one she can talk to
about it. I'm sorry if I didn't message you earlier. My mind went blank when I saw Giggie crying."
Bright continued speaking, "And I know you're with someone else already, but I don't care just please, stay with me. I can settle with that."
Win hugged him, "I'm sorry if we're having a situation like this."
Bright slowly hugged him back
Win added, "But I want you to know that you got me." that caused Bright to smile
Then they pulled away from each other
"You owe me a dinner." Win said, making to laugh
Bright smiled, "Then clear your plans for tomorrow night."
Win smiled back and nodded at that
"Oh." Bright stood up and went to the kitchen
He put the macarons out from the fridge and went back to the living room
Bright said, "Gulf said it'd make you feel better." he opened the box of the macarons
Win smiled as he took the box away from Bright's hands and put it on the coffee table
He wrapped his hands around Bright's waist and laid his head on Bright's shoulder
Win uttered, "I already did feel better because you're here."
Bright wrapped his hand around Win's waist and used his other hand to get a macaron and fed it to Win
Win happily ate the macaron from Bright's hand
