Bright's friends approached him as soon as they saw him.
Mew patted his shoulder, "We're very sorry, bro."
Off added, "We thought being here would make you happy."
Tay followed, "We're truly sorry."
Bright let out a heavy deep breath, "Let's forget about it now." and he nodded at them
Bright looked at them, "Just make sure you'll have my back if anything happens."
"Even though you didn't say that we still got your back." Mew said as he put an arm around Bright's shoulder
Tay nodded, "Always, boss."
Off added, "You can lean on us."
Bright gave them a smile

They arrived at the open-ground party in the resort.
The host asked, "So, anyone want to perform tonight?"
Off asked his friends, "Are ya'll up for it? Just a yes or no."
His friends gave him a confused look
Off added, "Make it fast."
Mew uttered, "Yes."
Tay uttered, "No."
Off looked at Bright, "Boss B?"
"Yes." Bright's answer
"Over here! Over here!" Off yelled, raising his hands
Tay hissed at him, "What the fuck, Off?"
"We'll bringing back our old band tonight." Off winked at them and went to the stage when the host called him
"Uhm, hello, everyone." Off said through the mic
He added, "My friends and I will perform tonight." and he called his friends
His friends went up to the stage
Off spoke again, "We used to have a band before when we were in college and we'll bringing it back tonight just for all of you." and the crowd cheered
Off handed the mic to Bright then Tay and him fixed the guitars that they would use
Mew would play the drums
Bright put the mic on its stand
Bright turned to Off, "Damn you, Off, what gotten into your mind?"
Off just cheekily smiled at him with a peace sign
Mew asked them "So, what song are we gonna perform?"
"How about Cold Water?" Tay suggested
Bright nodded at that, "That will do."
Bright added, "After the first chorus, we'll cut into the bridge part." and his friends nodded then he faced the crowd again
Win, Jennie, and his friends reached the open-ground party
He raised his eyebrow when he saw Bright and his friends on the stage
Gun asked, "They're gonna perform tonight?"
"Yeah, and I heard they used to have a band." Gulf's response
Win just stared at Bright
"Good evening, everyone." Bright said through the mic
Bright continued, "Hope you'll like the song that we're gonna perform tonight."
He added, "This is Cold Water." and the instruments started playing and the crowd cheered for them

Everybody gets high sometimes, you know

Bright's voice stunned Win

What else can we do when we're feeling low?

Newwie reacted, "Gosh, I never knew he got a good voice."

So take a deep breath and let it go
You shouldn't be drowning on your own

'He's even better than me.' Win thought

'Now, I want to hear him sing more often.' Win couldn't help but to smile

Gulf simply nudged Win that caught Win's attention

Win said, "I'll try to." and looked at the stage again

Then Bright waved at the small group of girls that caused all of them to giggle

Then their eyes met

Bright looked away and smiled at the crowd

They finished performing and the crowd cheered and clapped for them.
Bright smiled, "Thank you so much." and the four of them bowed their heads before leaving the stage
Then they reached them
"All of you were so great, guys." Jennie complimented them
Tay smiled, "Thank you."
He added, "It felt so good to perform again."
Off scoffed, "Says the one who said no as his answer."
"I just don't trust you when you're pulling some tricks like that." Tay said, rolling his eyes and that caused them to laugh
Gun said, "Now, we gotta see the four of you perform more often."
Off nodded at that, "I'm down for it."
Off immediately added, "As long as they'd be down for it as well."
Bright smiled, "Oh, sure, we'd love to perform for you, guys."
Win was just staring at him with pure amusement and adoration in his eyes
Gulf simply nudged him for the second time that night and that caused Win to look away from Bright
Then a group of girls approached them
The one girl asked, "Can we take a picture with the four of you?" and Mew looked at his friends
"Sure, sure." Off answered for his friends
"Can we have your numbers?" one of the girls asked straightforwardly
"Well, as you can see those guys who are with us. We're into them." Mew said with a small smile
Tay agreed, "Yeah."
"How about you? You came here without a partner?" a girl asked Bright
Bright didn't know what to answer
Win was just watching them and waited for Bright's answer
Bright slowly nodded, "You can say that."
"But I'm not looking for anyone right now." Bright added with a small smile
"I am Lisa by the way." Lisa held out her right hand
"Bright. Nice to meet you." Bright said, accepting her hand
'Really? Right in front of me?' Win mentally rolled his eyes
Lisa sweetly smiled at him, "The pleasure's all mine."
Bright pulled his hand away and he asked his friends, "Let's go?"
The three of them nodded at him and they left
Win saw how Lisa giggled
