Chapter Sixteen

"What did he say?" Gulf asked referring to Gun
Win responded, "As expected, he was speechless."
Win couldn't help but to ask, "Am I that obvious?"
Gulf gave him a look that's saying 'Do you really have to ask that?'
"Win, you act and move around Bright like what you have with him is not secret at all and like Jennie is not with us." Gulf emphasized the last part
Win let out a heavy deep breath

Night time and Bright couldn't sleep.
He slowly walked out of the room and saw someone's figure standing in the balcony
He already knew who was that
He was about to go to Win but Jennie suddenly appeared and stood beside Win
The sliding door was slightly opened, Bright hid by the wall
Jennie said, "Winnie." and Win looked at her
Jennie added, "In our two years of relationship, you only said that you love me twice."
Jennie kept on speaking, "And it's our third anniversary next week."
She uttered, "I love you, Winnie." and Bright stopped breathing for a moment
It took a while for Win to answer then he gave her a small smile first
"I love you too, Jen." Bright heard Win said
"Only me in this lifetime?" Jennie had to ask
Win simply sighed and nodded at her, "Only you in this lifetime."
Bright felt his whole world crumbled down
Even when Bright couldn't move his feet, he walked away and held the doorknob of their room with a shaky hand
He entered their room and slumped down on the couch
Tay thought that his friends were already sleeping that's why he got scared when he saw a shadow sitting in the dark when he entered their room
"Damnit, boss b, I almost had a heart attack." Tawan said while holding his chest as he felt his heart was beating faster
Tay asked him, "Why are you still up anyway?"  he sit on the edge of the bed that's across from Bright
"Tawan." Bright called him while just blankly staring at the wall
Tay hummed, "Hmm?" and kept his attention on Bright
Bright asked, "When you love, does it matter if it feels right or wrong?" and Tay already knew where Bright was coming from
Tay shrugged, "When you love I guess, it doesn't matter."
"I mean, if it feels wrong, but with the right person, it will make you feel like what you feel for them is right." Tay answered with so much honesty
Tay added, "Under any circumstances as long as you're loving the right one for you, nothing else's feels wrong." and Bright looked at him
Bright sincerely said, "That's means so much to me. Thank you, Tay."
"Got your back no matter what." Tay said with his genuine smile
Then he asked Bright, "Wanna head back sooner than we originally planned to?" and Bright just looked at him and Tay already knew what was his answer

In the middle of the night Tay and Bright started packing their things
Off groaned 'cause he felt the light was on
"Guys, it's freaking 3 in the morning. What the heck are ya'll still doing?" Off muttered, covering his eyes using his arm
Tawan said, "We'll be flying back, Jumpol." and hearing that, Off opened his eyes and sit up on the bed
"What?" Off asked, looking at his friends
Then Mew entered the room with his bag
Mew looked at him, "Unless you want us to leave you behind then we'll gladly do that."
Off sarcastically said, "Good morning to you too, Mew." he stood up from the bed and started packing his things as well
Mew just chuckled and shook his head in amusement
Off asked them, "What time is our flight anyway?"
Tay responded, "Exactly at 5."
"All ready, bro?" Mew asked Bright
Bright nodded at him, "Yes, let's go."
Off said, "Wait!" that caught all of his friends attentions
He asked his friends, "Can we eat breakfast first before we enter the plane?"
Bright sighed as he shook his head in amusement
Tawan and Mew just chuckled
Bright nodded at him, "Yeah, sure."
Off cheered, "Yes!"
"As always, food is your top priority." Tawan said, closing the door
Off shrugged, "Well, it's a must."
Mew chuckled again as he put an arm around Off's shoulder
They saw Gulf was waiting for them by the door
Mew said, "We'll leave now."
Gulf said, "I'll just see you when we get back." and they hugged
"Bright." Gulf said as he pulled away from Mew
Bright said, " I just need a time away even if it's just a couple of hours."
Gulf nodded at him, "Take all the time that you need."
Gulf added, "And don't worry, I won't tell him that you've heard that."
Bright uttered, "Thanks, Gulf." and the two of them hugged as well
Off who was totally unaware of what happened, has his confused expression on
Tawan said, "We'll just see you when you all get back later this day." and Gulf and him also hugged
"What is happening?" Off asked as he hugged Gulf
Gulf chuckled as they pulled away
"Sleep well on the plane, Off." Gulf said in between chuckles

Win woke up at 9 in the morning and found his friends with Lisa and Jennie.
New said, "Let's eat breakfast. Win is here now."
Win asked them, "Where are the others?"
Gulf asked, "You mean, Bright and his friends?" and Win nodded at him as he sit in the middle of Jennie and New
Gulf said, "They headed back to Bangkok earlier 5 in the morning."
Win immediately asked, "What? Why?"
Gulf shrugged, "Work matters." but Win could sense that Gulf was lying
Lisa added, "Yeah, they'll meet my manager today." and Win slowly nodded at them
Jennie started to put some foods on Win's plate
Win uttered, "Thank you, Jen."

Win asked, "Kana, why did they really leave without us?"
They were in the balcony
Gulf sighed, "I already told you about that, Win."
"But I don't find it convincing." said by Win
"I have one question for you, Win." Gulf changed the topic
Win nodded at him, "Shoot."
"What's really your plan about your relationship with Bright?" Gulf asked in a low tone
"You know how I serious I am about him, Gulf." Win said instead
Gulf let out a sigh for the second time, "You're not answering my question."
Gulf added, "Well, to be honest? You're being unfair on both sides, Win, that's why sooner or later you have to pick between the two of them."
He continued, "And if you're not gonna choose Bright, better just end things with him."
Win said, "Of all people you should know who am I gonna pick."
Gulf said, "But you're making it unclear for me and for him." and left Win speechless
