Chapter Seventeen

It's been a day since they got back from Maldives and Jennie went to Milan for a
fashion week.
"How was Maldives?" Love asked as soon as Win entered his store
Win rolled his eyes, "You really have the guts to ask me that?"
Love shrugged, "Well, he was also there, right? I thought somehow it would make up
for it."
"You thought wrong." Win said, entering his office while Love was following him
Win added, "Anyway, I don't want to work today." and he sit on his swivel chair
Love nodded, "It's fine, there's nothing on your to-do list anyway."
"Then you may go now, little girl." Win said, shooing her away
"I was about to ask you if we're already okay, but never mind." Love rolled her eyes before leaving Win's office
Win just shook his head in amusement
He put his phone out from his pocket and dialed New's number
"Hey, Thitipoom, wanna visit Tay today?" Win asked as soon as Newwie answered the call
New asked back, "And why would I want to visit him?"
Win responded, "I don't know, you tell me. Why wouldn't you want to visit him?" he emphasized the word 'wouldn't'
Newwie said, "Fine, alright, but I'll drive."
Win nodded at that, "Yeah, sure."
Newwie chuckled, "It will take us an hour long if I let you drive."
"Whatever, you're just excited to see Tay." Win teased him back
"Oh, please." New rolled his eyes as if Win could see that
Then he uttered, "I'll be there in a few minutes." and Win ended the call to get ready

They were on the way to the studio.
"Metawin, just a random thought." Newwie said when they stopped at a red light
Win looked at him, waiting for him to continue
New asked, "If you're not with Jennie right now, would you give Bright a go?" and that caught Win off guard
"I mean, obviously there's something going down between Mew and Gulf, Gun and his shy ass doesn't know what to do with his feelings for Off then you know, me and Tay." Newwie winked at him while saying the last part
Win just shook his head in amusement
New started to drive again then he gave Win a quick glance, "So?"
Win answered, "Yeah, 'cause what's there not to like about him? He got everything." New nodded at that, "And I also thought that it would be more fun if we all go on a
trip again."
Win carefully asked, "What if I'll have an affair with him?" and he waited for New's reaction
New stomped on the brake so hard
If Win was not wearing the seatbelt, his head would've hit the dashboard
Win reacted, "Gosh, New!"
"You're having an affair with him?" Newwie got his eyes widened
"What? No! That's not what I said. I said, what if I'll have an affair with him? Future-tense, Thitipoom." Win repeated and emphasized the 'I'll'
Newwie sighed in relief and continued to drive
"Don't you dare, Win." Newwie said in full seriousness
Win simply swallowed the lump in his throat
Win asked him, "Is it that bad?"
"Do you really have to ask that? Yes!" New's answer
New added, "You would never know how much it would hurt your partner. It could cost them everything."
Win asked, "So, if your friend is a cheater, would you still consider them as your friend?" obviously, it was for him
"To be honest? No." Newwie's firm answer
He added, "I wouldn't talk to them again if they did."
Win muttered, "It's that bad for you, huh?"
"It's all or nothing to me." Newwie's response

After that long conversation, they reached the studio.
Win said, "Oh, I bought some foods and it will be delivered later." as New and him entered the studio
Tay approached them, "New, Win!"
Bright said, "I'll just get something in my office." and quickly went to his office
New asked Tay, "Where's Lisa?"
Tay answered, "In the dressing room."
"Hey, guys." Off greeted them
Mew also greeted them, Win and Newwie greeted them back
Win gave Bright's friends a signal that's saying 'I'll just go to his office'
The three of them nodded at him and distracted New
Win softly knocked at the door
Bright said, "Come in." and Win entered his office
Win crossed his arms, "You must be really that busy because you can't even send me a message me ever since we got back from Maldives."
Bright let out a heavy deep breath before looking at him, "What do you want, Win?"
"I want you to talk to me, Bright." Win's firm answer
Bright said, "Well, as you can see, I'm really that busy." he emphasized the last part
And he was about to walk past Win, but Win caught Bright's wrist, which stopped him from walking
"Baby, are you okay?" Win's voice was full of concern
Bright muttered, "No." and he removed Win's grip from his wrist
He added, "Because of you I'm not." and Win was about to speak when a knock at the door cut him off
Bright opened it
"Oh, hey, Bright." New said with a smile
"New." Bright greeted and smiled back
New said, "The foods just arrived."
"Coming." Win nodded at him, following New
"Hey, bro, let's eat." Tay said to Bright
Bright said, "Not hungry, but thanks though." then he headed straight to the shoot area, Lisa was already there
Win simply sighed at that
"Ready?" Bright asked Lisa while fixing the angle of the camera
"Yes." Lisa answered with a smile then she started to do some poses and Bright just kept on taking pictures of her
Lisa's manager entered the studio, holding two boxes of pizza
Lisa said, "Bright, let's eat first. My manager brought pizza."
Bright responded, "Sure, thanks." and the two of them went to Lisa's manager
Win was slightly shocked by that
Bright was acting like that and he didn't know why, it made his heart ache
Win emotionlessly said, "New, let's go." and he walked out of the studio
Mew nodded at New, "You should follow him now."
"Drive safely." Tay nodded at him as well
"Alright, we'll visit you again soon." New said, saying his goodbyes to them
As soon as New unlocked the car and Win got in
New asked Win, "What happened to you back there, Win?" and he turned on the ignition of his car
"Just remembered that I got a lot of works to do." Win answered while just looking at the window
Newwie simply sighed and drove away from the studio
