Long hair, brown eyes, she was different than the rest,
A soul gloomy than the nights yet longing for sunsets,
Her frail body bore the many wounds and scars,
Resembling the pattern of her galaxy's stars,
She talks to her beloved moon, never had to hide,
She craves for the calm nights, the wind by her side,
She holds the deepest secrets and the darkest of fears,
But she won't let a single soul know, who comes near,
She is the woman full of mystery, yet inquisitive herself,
But she finds comfort within her walls and avoids to tell,
And he finds himself attracted to the mysterious  her,
He finds ways to know what she really holds within her,
And she being the innocent creature she is, lets him know it all,
Her every little conversation with the moon and with the leaves during fall,
But he leaves her in despair after knowing the bitter sweet truth,
Of how beautiful yet sad it is to hide things within you,
She cries to sleep wondering why she did something she hated,
But she realised nothing could be changed, when its all fated,
He broke her glass like self down into a million pieces,
But they shined brighter than ever through the crevices,
She lost hope in putting them back into their place,
Since she fell too hard, fell from pure grace,
She hated the sunsets and regretted the day she was born,
She lay awake reminiscing her past during dusk and dawn,
But another 'him' entered her life this time,
He taught her that being broken is completely fine,
And she told him the same bitter sweet truth,
She expected him to leave but he didn't want to,
The skeptical her asked him why he chose to stay,
For there is nothing anymore about her to obtain,
He said "I want to stay and build your faith back in those sunsets,
And continue to guide you to embrace your best,
Let's sit under your beloved moon and not worry about ahead,
Let's make all your dreams come true, even those that are unsaid".
