Wonderland || Park Sunghoon

Nari stepped onto the ice, gripping Sunghoon's hand tight. Memories flashed through her head, memories of their first time here. 

"The lights are still up," she commented, allowing Sunghoon to slowly lead her around the rink. 

"My manager thought they looked pretty, so we left them up," he said. "I'm glad. I worked really hard on them," he said, his voice becoming playfully. "You know, for somebody."

"You make it sound like that somebody made you do all this," she chirped back, raising an eyebrow at him. 

Sunghoon pouted at her. "You did. I had to find a romantic way to impress you." 

"News flash," she said, stopping and pulling him to closer to her. "I was already impressed by you."

He smiled, and when he did, her heart flip-flopped. Every time. 

"Oh really?" he whispered, wrapping his arms around her waist and holding onto her. She placed a hand on his chest, feeling the rapid beating of his heart. 

"Nari, can I ask you something?" he said softly. 

"Yeah," she whispered back, feeling her heart beating faster now too. 

"Can I kiss you?" 

She blinked up at him in surprise, her smile widening. In response, she wrapped her arms around his neck, coming closer to him. Their faces were inches apart. 

"Yes," she said. 

He smiled, leaning down, his lips meeting her in a whisper of a kiss. 

When they parted, she wrapped her arms around him and buried her face in his chest. "Let's stay together forever, okay?" she told him. "I like you too much to ever let you go." 

He leaned back, slightly out of the embrace, and tilted up her chin so she'd meet his eyes. Then he kissed her softly again. 

"Forever," he promised.
