When Tobias dropped Brielle Mae back off at daycare the next Monday, Trinity was already there talking to the day care lady about Chris who was playing with a flower next to her.

"Baby I am going to pick you up a little later today because Daddy has three classes today" Tobias said and Brielle's lips formed into a small pout.

"But daddy" Brielle started but Tobias shook his head putting Brielle down on the pavement. He turned around to grab her back pack out the back seat.

"Baby im sorry but daddy has to get this degree so you can grow up not wondering what you going to eat baby girl" Tobias said and Brielle frowned grabbing her backpack from Tobias's hands.

"I love you Mae" Tobias said and Brielle hugged Tobias' legs causing him to kiss her forehead as he hugged her back.

"I love you too daddy" Brie said before letting Tobias go and taking off running to the day care lady who was waiting.

"Hi Tobias" Trinity said waving to him as she walked to her car. Tobias looked at her before frowning softly as he moved his hand to wave back.

"Um I have a hour before my first class so do you want to get that coffee?" Tobias said remembering about the coffee she wanted to get together.

"Sure um do you know any coffee spots near by because I'm still kinda new around here and have no idea where anything is" Trinity responded before letting out a nervous laugh.

Tobias didn't laugh.

Instead he just stared at her funny before walking around his car to the driver's seat.

"Yeah just follow me" he said as he got into his car. Trinity nodded before getting in hers, staring the car.

Tobias pulled out of the day care parking lot before driving to the small coffee shop that was fairly close to the college campus; more specifically close to the building Tobias had to go to for his first class.

He parked the car while Trinity parked on the other side of him. He got out the car and locked the door before walking over to Trinity's car just as she got out the car.

Tobias took notice of Trinity's outfit as she walked over to him. She was wearing a baby blue strapless shirt that had a bit of dark blue at the bottom making a very ombré look. Her thick thighs were in high waisted black jeans that had a small chain around the belt loop. Her long natural black hair was pulled into a nice bun with a small bit of makeup on her face.

She looked beautiful to Tobias.

But he wasn't going to tell her that. He didn't want her thinking that he was flirting with her.

"After you" Tobias said softly she held the coffee shop door open for Trinity who smiled silently thanking him. He walked in behind her taking in the smell of coffee and vanilla.

"Aye yo Tobias how you doing man" Tobias smiled as his friend Noble.

"Hey man I'm good just hanging in there" Tobias replied as he gave Noble a bro hug. Noble smiled and turned to see Trinity looking around with a small bit of her lips before he smirked at Tobias.

"Who is this goddess" Noble asked making Trinity turn her attention to him before she smiled.

"Hi I'm Trinity" She said softly and Noble opened his arms to give her a small hug. She laughed returning the hug before pulling away.

Noble was a fairly good looking African American man. He stood at the height was six feet and two inches just a little bit smaller than Tobias who stood at six feet five.

Noble wore the coffee shop uniform shirt with a pair of blue jeans to match. His hair was cut short with a beard growing along his face. He had wrinkles along his face from him always smiling every day.

"Where is your other half" Tobias asked and Noble walked behind the counter before going into the back.

"Hey Anissa your favorite person is here" Noble said and Tobias could hear someone hurrying down a flight of stairs before the person squealed running up to Tobias.

"Tobias!" Anissa yelled running into his arms causing Tobias to laugh. He hugged her tight as her short five foot four self tried her best to hug him tight.

"Hey Anissa I missed you too" Tobias said and Anissa pulled away from the hug smiling big.

"You never come by anymore" Anissa said hitting him in the chest with a small pout on her face.

"I know I just been busy with classes and Brie" Tobias sighed and Anissa nodded in understanding.

"And who is this" Anissa said smiling big at Trinity finally noticing her.

"Oh this is Trinity a friend from the campus." Tobias said awkwardly as he looked over at Trinity who waved shyly at Anissa.

"Hi" Trinity said and Anissa gathered her in nice hug.

"Nice to meet you love I'm Anissa Tobias's sister in law" Anissa introduced herself and Tobias smiled. Trinity frowned softly looking between Noble and Tobias biting her lip.

"Yeah I know he's white and I'm black" Noble joked and Anissa hit him in the chest making him frown as he laughed.

"I'm adopted" Tobias said looking over at Trinity who nodded in understanding. Anissa shook her head and walked Trinity over to one of the tables.

"Sit down love let's get you a nice cup of coffee is that okay?" Anissa asked and Trinity mumbled a small yes please.

"Great Tobias usual?" Anissa asked as he sat down next to Trinity. He nodded and Anissa left the table to prepare their coffees.

"They seem so nice" Trinity mumbled softly to Tobias who smiled.

"Yeah they are amazing. Anissa is really like a sister to me" Tobias said and Trinity smiled looking down at the table.

"So uh tell me about yourself" Tobias said looking over at Trinity who paused biting her lip before opening her mouth to answer him.
