Trinity woke up with the sun shining in her face making her groan loudly. She sat up rubbing her eyes before looking around her room. It was only nine in the morning according to her clock and she was very much grateful to have no classes today.

"I need a shower" Trinity grumbled as she got out of her bed, walking into her fairly big bathroom. She turned on the shower water and yawned. While she waited for the water to get hot, she quickly used the bathroom and washed her hands and face.

Undressing and getting in the shower, Trinity stood under the water as she sighed softly. The water was hot and Trinity let it run down her face and body, enjoying the feeling.

She quickly washed her body with her dove soap and wash cloth. She took her mango tree hut scrub applying it on her legs and arms then taking it off after some time. Trinity grabbed her razor and she shaved her legs and arms including her arm pits.

Trinity heard her phone ring just as she turned the shower water off. She grabbed a towel wrapping herself in it before hurrying out of the bathroom and into the bedroom.

"Hello?" Trinity said in to the phone as she answered the call.

"Hey baby girl" Trinity's mother's voice sounded through the phone. Trinity felt a smile appearing on her face as she responded to her mother's angelic voice.

"How are you baby" her mother asked to which Trinity responded with a small okay. She put her phone on speaker, setting the phone on the dresser.

"That's good baby. So I was wondering if you wanted to spot by the house on Sunday. I will be having a small family sunday bunch and was hoping you could join us" Her mother spoke into the phone and Trinity frowned biting her lip.

"Uh mom you are four hours away from m-" her mother cut her off with a sharp "why is that a problem? Your sister is coming"

Trinity sighed as she applied lotion on her body. She looked at her phone with a small frown on her face. "I'll see what I can do mom" Trinity spoke softly before hearing her mother sigh into the phone.

"Okay baby" Her mother said before hanging up the phone. Trinity stared at the phone screen for a few seconds before quickly putting deodorant on. She grabbed a black sports bra putting it on with some black underwear to match.

Trinity walked to her closet grabbing a pair of black leggings and a old red t shirt, she put them on quickly. Her hands grabbed a brush and she brushed through her wet curly hair.

Trinity is mixed with an Afro latina mother and a fully black dark skinned father. She looked more like her mother than her dad while she acted like her dad.

Her dark brown curly hair she was gifted from her mother while her hazel brown eyes were a combination of both her mom and her dad.

Her mother was only five foot four while her dad was six foot five. Trinity ended up being five foot seven while her sister was five foot five.

Trinity groaned as her phone rang again. She walked over to her dresser looking down at the phone to see that her sister was calling her, possibly about the Sunday dinner.

"Hey Solaria" Trinity said as she answered the call. Trinity continued to brush her wet hair before putting product in it.

"Hey sis did mom call you about the bunch?" Sola said into the phone to which Trinity nodded her head yes to.

"She did and I don't know if I can go" Trinity said scrunching up her hair in her hand. She heard her sister sigh making Trinity roll her eyes already knowing what's coming.

"You haven't seen mom in some years Trin. It's only a small bunch it won't kill you to go" Solaria said making Trinity look at her phone with a small frown plastered on her face.

"Okay Sola" Trinity said shaking her head as she sighed. She reached for her phone saying a quick bye before hanging up the phone. She rolled her eyes and walked out of her room.

"Oh my god" Trinity groaned loudly as she heard her phone ring again. She quickly answered phone with an irritated what.

"Wow I was just going to tell you that you left your purse in my car last night but never mind" Tobias spoke into the phone making Trinity curse softly.

"I'm sorry I didn't look at the caller ID. I thought you were my sister or mother" Trinity spoke in a softer tone making Tobias laugh.

"It's alright but do you want your purse or should I just sell it for money?" Tobias jokingly asked making Trinity let out a small smile.

"No no I'll come get it" Trinity said as she put the phone call on speaker. She slipped on some shoes quickly and ran a hand through her hair.

"Good because I'm outside" Tobias said before hanging up the phone. Trinity smiled and grabbed her keys before leaving the apartment.

She rode the elevator down to the floor level before walking inside. She saw Tobias leaning against his car with his phone to his ear, talking to someone.

"Hey" Trinity mumbled as she walked up to him. Tobias' eyes moved to look at her before he let out a small smile. He moved his free arm around her, hugging her to him.

"Hi" he mouthed to her before replying to the person he was on the phone with. Trinity leaned against the car next to him as she texted her sister.

"Oh okay bye..yes I heard you...okay bye" Tobias mumbled into the phone before hanging up. He put his phone back in his pocket before turning to Trinity who was frowning down at her phone screen.

"Well hello there miss" He said making Trinity look up and smile.

"Hey" She said and Tobias reached into the car grabbing her purse handling it to her.

"I believe this belongs to you" he said and Trinity thanked him. She looked inside seeing her ID and cards were still there in her wallet.

"What you off to do today?" Trinity asked looking back at Tobias who put his hands in his pockets before shrugging his shoulders.

"I'm going to go hang out with Anissa and Noble mostly and then go pick up Brielle later this evening" He said and Trinity nodded her head.

"How about you love" he asked her and Trinity bit her lip shrugging.

"Nothing much probably catch up on some homework and watch tv" She said moving her hair out of her face.

"You should come with me to see Noble and Anissa" Tobias said and Trinity smiled but shook her head no.

"No you enjoy the time with your family" She Sia's and Tobias rolled his eyes.

"Get in the car come on" He said and opened the passenger door for her. She stared at him and he gave her a look making her sigh and get in the car.

"Now let's go" Tobias said as he got in the car starting it up. Trinity put her seatbelt on as he pulled out of the apartment parking lot heading to Anissa and Noble's house.
