"Okay baby come on let's get you in the bath" Trinity said to Brielle Mae who had just finished her dinner. Tobias ended up making the three of them some catfish with cheesy rice, asparagus, and garlic bread.

"Mommy is momma coming over?" Brielle asked and Trinity bit her lip as she tried to quickly find an answer.

"Yes baby but after your bed time so you won't see her baby" She said truthfully seeing there was no hide to it from the five year old.

"But can't I stay up and see her?" Brielle asked as she sat down in the warm bath water.

Trinity shook her head no. "Not tonight sweetie. Daddy and I need to talk to her first and then maybe you guys can have a fun day tomorrow" She suggests making Brielle smile and nod her head excitedly.

"Yes please"

"Okay baby come on let's get you clean" Trinity washed Brielle Mae and then got her a towel to dry off in.

"Mommy do you love daddy?" Mae asks Trinity making her smile and nod her head.

"I do baby"

Trinity grabbed the lotion and began putting lotion on Brielle's body. "Are you going to leave us?" She asks Trinity making her freeze and look at Brielle to see her staring off into the distance.

"No love. I'm not going to leave you guys. I love you both very much and care about you guys"

Brielle nods before growing silent.

"Why do you ask baby?"

"Momma always leaves me and I don't want you to leave me too" she admits making Trinity immediately stop what she was doing and turn to Brielle Mae completely.

"I'm not going to leave you Mae. I know it hurts when your mom leaves from time to time but just remember she always comes back right?" Trinity says making Brielle nod and sniffle some.

Trinity truly doesn't know what to say to Brielle Mae in this situation just because she never experienced this before. Despite her family's issues, they were still there for her growing up especially her mother.

"I'm sorry baby" she says and Brielle hugs her making her wrap her arms around the small girl and hug her back.

"I love you mommy" Brielle mumbled in a tired voice.

Trinity smiled and rubbed her back softly before walking over to her bed to lay the little one down. "I love you too Mae"

Brielle got under the covers and Trinity kissed her forehead gently. "Sleep at the moon then return into my arms" Trinity hummed softly as she rubbed her hand through a sleeping Brielle's hair.

I just made that up Trinity thought before shaking her head as she chuckled to herself.

"Good night my love" she kissed Brielle's forehead before leaving out the room, making sure to leave the door cracked; just in case.

"She's asleep?" Tobias asked when Trinity entered the kitchen as he washed the dishes in the kitchen sink.

"Yeah"

"The food was good babe" she says rubbing her pregnant belly softly.

"Thank you my love" he says and hands her a plate that was wrapped in foil. "Here's Olivia's" he mumbled before returning to the remaining dirty dishes.

Trinity looked at the clock to see it was close to nine in the night now. "You think she's going to come?" She asked Tobias.

"Yeah. As much as I don't like her, I do have to admit that she loves Brielle Mae"
