Chapter Six-I can't wait anymore

~Anissa~

~~~The Past~~~

~~Three weeks later~~

Joshua and I have been together three weeks. We've done nothing but hug. We hug often and wherever we want. He's also in my bed every night. He always leaves after Beth goes back to bed.

We're in the office, and I see Marco get off the elevator.

Anissa: "Uh, oh."

Joshua: "What?"

Anissa: "Marco's here."

Joshua: "Really?"

Anissa: "Yep."

Joshua: "I've never met him."

I see him go to Rhys's office. He's in there for a bit. Rhys goes to Clere's office, and they both go back to Rhys's.

I'm going to be brave. I know we have a few minutes.

I stand up and walk over to Joshua.

He turns his chair to me. I stand between his legs.

His hands go to my hips.

Joshua: "What are you doing?"

Anissa: "Something I've waited three weeks to do."

I bring my mouth down on his. I want more, so I lick his lip. He opens, and our tongues meet. We break apart when we hear Rhys door open.

Joshua: "Fuck, Babe, that was incredible."

I make my way to my desk.

Anissa: "I couldn't wait for you anymore."

Joshua: "That changes things."

I see Marco coming. I shake my head, so he knows not to say anything.

Marco: "Hey, Sweetheart. How are you?"

Anissa: "I'm great, Pop-Pop. How are you?"

Marco: "I got booted from my own office, so I thought I'd come visit you."

Anissa: "You're always welcome in here."

Marco: "Can I see the numbers?"

Anissa: "Of course. First, you need to meet Joshua."

He turns and looks.

Marco: "Rhys told me he filled the position."

Anissa: "Marco, meet Joshua. Joshua, this is Marco."

They shake hands.

Anissa: "Joshua is LeClere's brother."

Marco: "LeClere has a sibling?"

Anissa: "She does."

Marco: "How did that come about, Joshua?"

Joshua: "We have the same dad."

Marco: "Ah. Is it just you two?"

Joshua: "No, sir. We have two older sisters."
