Sectionals.
Marley's nerves kick in as soon as she enters the choir room to prepare for the competition. Everyone else seems fine but she's just nervous about falling over again.
"You fine, Marls?" Jake asks as he walks up to her.
"Just a little, um, nervous." Marley says, sitting down.
"You're not going to fall over again," Jake says and kisses her, "Just calm down. You only have a little solo for this competition so calm down."
"I didn't have a solo for Nationals." Marley says, quitetly.
"No, it was all Kitty's fault. She got inside her head but now she isn't here to so you can calm down." Jake says and kisses her head. He stands up and goes to talk with Sam.
Marley stands and goes for a walk down the hallway. She thinks about everything going on in her life; Glee club, Jake, Mom, Rachel, Kitty and the baby. All bring their own dramas to her. Well, not Rachel since she's just her best friend.
Marley makes her way down the hall and finds Kitty with her hair down and not wearing her Cheerios uniform. She has a large smirk on her face.
"Hey Marley." Kitty says, acting nice.
"Kitty." Marley says.
"Good luck for the performance. Hopefully you fall over." Kitty says with a smug look on her face.
"Shut up!" A voice shouts from behind Marley. Marley turns around to see Santana and Quinn. Santana was the one who shouted.
Santana and Quinn storm up to Marley's side, "We can get you off the Cheerios." Santana says.
"You two don't deserve co-captaincy on the Cheerios." Kitty says, folding her arms. At the beginning of this year, Quinn and Santana become co-captains of the Cheerios since Sue wanted them to be both the captains.
"We so do." Quinn says.
"You just need to back off from our girl, Marley here. She's not fat. She's skinnier than you." Santana says.
"Later you bitches." Kitty says, walking off like a snob.
"Why did you guys help me?" Marley asks, turning to face the latino and the blonde.
"You're my boyfriend's brother's fiancee. We could be partly family." Quinn says.
"I hate Kitty." Santana says.
"Agreed." Quinn and Marley both say.

"Now, the McKinley High New Directions!" The announcer says.
Blaine comes on stage singing.

The crowd cheers and clap for the club as they finish. They give them a standing ovation. Marley feels proud she didn't fall over. She swears she sees Kitty in the audience rolling her eyes.

"In second place," The announcer says, opening the envelope, "Aural Intensity."
Aural Intensity cheer and leave with a small trophy.
"In first place is," The announcer says, "The New Directions."
The New Directions get their trophy and cheer. Jake hugs Marley. Finn kisses Rachel. Ryder hugs Nellie and kisses her cheek. All the other couples celebrate in their own ways. They all leave the stage with their trophy.
