Jisung POV

Slowly awakening Jisung looked around.... He was in the hospital

I thought I died

He looked to the side and saw

"CHENLE!"

Jisung celebrated and slowly got off the bed, walking to Chenle's bed which was right beside his

"Chenle."

He didn't awaken

Jisung frowned

"Chenle wake up."

Nothing

"Chenle why won't you wake up?"

He lightly shook the older

"Chenle I'm awake, so you have to wake up too."

Jisung pouted

"If you don't wake up I'm gonna steal your bread."

No reply

"Chenle please."

....

"Chenle please you're my best friend."

Jisung started to tear up

"Chenle please don't die, please stay with me."

A tear fell

"When my parents abandoned me you made a promise, remember? You said you'd never leave me."

He hated when people ignored him, he knew Chenle wasn't doing it on purpose, but it hurt, Chenle never ignored him

"Chenle.... Please.... I'm begging you... Wake up.... I- I cant be alone again."

The door to the hospital opened

Jisung looked up

"Ten Hyung, why won't Chenle wake up?"

"Oh Jisung! You're awake!"

Jisung nodded

"I'm gonna need you to get back on your bed."

"But what about Lele?"

Jisung stood up, not moving to his bed

"Are you feeling pain anywhere?"

"No, now tell me what's wrong with Chenle."

Ten paused

"I'm gonna need you to get back on your bed."

Jisung shook his head

He's ignoring me

"No, not unless you tell me what's wrong with Chenle."

Ten sighed and pulled Jisung back to his bed, seating him down

What's so wrong with Chenle that he won't tell me

"Now I'm gonna check your vitals to make sure you're o-."

"TEN! WHAT IS WRONG WITH CHENLE?!"

Jisung interrupted, tired of Ten ignoring him

Ten looked at Jisung, tears in his eyes

"Jisung it's been a month... He hasn't woken up, and today we were gonna send you both away to a hospital in Japan, where you can heal, but seeing on how you're awake-."

"You want me to go without Chenle?"

".... Well I don't think they would enjoy someone just chilling around in the hospital."

"Why can't he stay here?"

"Because I don't have the resources to be able to wake him up."

"Bu- but I'm awake."

"That's different, you were always in a more stable condition than him."

"Is he gonna die?"

"Jisung don't think like tha-."

"I ASKED YOU A QUESTION!"

Ten stepped back

"I- I don't know, we don't know, there's no way of knowing."

Jisung felt tears forming in his eyes again

"Japan?"

"Yeah, I'm really sorry Jisung."

"Why can't I go with him?"

"I told you Jisung, you can't just live in a hospital."

"Than- than make me sick or something, cut my arm of ANYTHING.... I- I can't be apart from him."

Ten shook his head
"Jisung you're not thinking clearly."

"I'm thinking clear enough, I don't want to leave him.... I would rather die."

Ten looked at the boy who now had tears falling freely from his puffy eyes

"I- I'll talk to Taeyong about it."

A/N just to clear things up, Jisung and Chenle are not a couple, they're just best friends
