Nayeon's POV
"Unnie come on wake up!" Jihyo waked me up
"We don't have any classes until 10, so let me sleep." I whined and covered myself with the blanket
"Jeongyeon is outside." Jihyo said that made me sat up.
"What?" I asked
"He said he'll take you out for breakfast." Jihyo said
"I'll be there in a sec." I said and ran to the bathroom to get ready. While washing my face I looked in the mirror.
"Just like old days huh?" I asked myself. Jeongyeon would usually pick me up in the morning before for breakfast then we'll go to school together. I ran down the stairs and saw Jihyo lazily laying down on the sofa and Jeongyeon sitting by Jihyo's feet.
"The fuck Hyo, can you sit down properly?" I scold her
"Why it's just Jeongyeon." Jihyo said and sat up
"It's fine. You know she's always like that, I'm used to it." Jeongyeon said and chuckled. I just shook my head at him. We were just staring at each other waiting for our next move.
"Ehem if you excuse me, you could go now so I could still rest before our class." Jihyo said
"You're not coming?" I asked
"I don't want to be a third wheel." Jihyo said before standing up. "Enjoy! See you later!" Jihyo said and walked upstairs.
"Let's go? I guess." Jeongyeon said awkwardly. We went out and started walking towards the coffee shop we used to go to. It was kinda cold because it's winter right now. I felt Jeongyeon's hands brushed into mine as if he want to hold it. When it hits my hand again I grabbed his hands and intertwined it with mine. I should not be doing this but my body has its own mind. He looks at our hands and smiled before putting it inside his coats pocket. We entered the shop and ordered our food. He let go of my hand and offered me the chair.
"So? Uhmm this awkward." He said honestly while scratching his nape
"Hey don't be awkward. We're friends right." It feels so wrong saying that we're only friends.
"Yeah. Friends." He said. "It bothers me how we act so normal as if I didn't left you before. Like we're just back here in the past."
"Let's not talk about it right now hmm? I'm not yet ready to talk this out." I said and he just nodded. "And hey it's not a bad thing that we're back here, less stress. But I still need to get back."
"I still haven't figured out what our mission is supposed to be." He said before leaning back on his chair "It's been a month already."
"We'll figure it out. Anyway, how's your practice for basketball?" I asked
"We've been practicing hard. I can't lose against Kyungsoo." He said
"I'm still wondering why you hate him so much." I asked
"I thought no talking about the past?" Jeongyeon said with an annoying smile.
"I was just wondering." I said and pouted
"Stop pouting I might fall for you." He said and we both fell silent. Luckily our food arrived.
"Ah yeah let's eat and we should head to our class now." I said and we started eating. Jeongyeon keeps on teasing me and I just teasing him back.
Jeongyeon's POV
We were walking towards our class while eating ice cream. Nayeon was just telling me stories about Yujin. How I wish I witnessed those before.
"Oh wait." I said and we both stopped walking
"Why?" She asked I grabbed her tissue and wiped her lips with ice cream.
"You eat so dirty." I said. I looked at her and she's blushing hard. I noticed that one wrong move I could kiss her.
"Nayeon-ssi!" I backed away from her and looked at the person who called her. What a great way to ruin the mood.
"Oh Kyungsoo." Nayeon said
"I just wanna ask if you wanna go out after your class?"
"How many times I told you that I'm busy and I don't-"
"Just one date, then I'll stop." Kyungsoo cutted her off.
"She already said no." I whispered but I know they both heard it.
"One date. Just one then stop. I'll see you later after class." Nayeon said that made me look at her. She has this mischievous smile on. "We'll go to class now." Nayeon said and walked away. I was just glaring at Kyungsoo. "Jeongyeon!"
"Coming." I said and followed her
"You jealous?" She asked
"Of course not." I said and walked ahead her.
"I thought you two will be late." Jihyo said. I sat behind Jihyo's seat and laid my head on the table.
"What's wrong with him?" I heard Jihyo ask Nayeon. I didn't heard Nayeon answered. The class started with me falling asleep the whole time. What do you expect it was boring.
*time skip*
Our classes just finished so I immediately went out and saw Kyungsoo outside the classroom with flowers. I just walked pass him and went to the dance room. I opened the door without knocking. I was shocked to what I saw.
"Yah Yoo Jeong- oh." I didn't noticed that Jihyo was following me here. The two person inside the dance room stopped what they were doing and looked at us.
"Jihyo!" "Hyung!" They said in unison. I leaned on the door frame and smirked. Their faces looks like we caught them red handed.
"Oh we didn't saw anything." I teased them.
"How long have you been here?" Sana asked.
"What happened here?" Dahyun arrived with Momo, Mina, and Chae.
"Oh nothing much. We just saw Sana and Tzuyu kissing." I said and entered the room dropping my bag at the side.
"Eh!?" They all asked in unison
"Explain." Jihyo said and Sana looks so scared
"We've been dating for 3 months now." Tzuyu said as if it's nothing.
"3 months!? You've been together for 3 months." Chaeyoung said
"I haven't even answered Dahyun. You're really something Sana." Momo said
"It's because you're playing hard to get." Sana said
"Congrats to the two of you though." Mina said
"Where's Nayeon unnie?" Sana asked.
"She went out to a date with Kyungsoo." Jihyo answered. I frowned remembering that she's out on a date.
"Really? So suddenly? I thought she doesn't want to." Momo asked and Jihyo just shrugged
"I can smell jealousy in the air." Dahyun said
"Me? Jealous? Psh of course not. Why will I be jealous. I'm just her friend right?" I said
"So defensive. We didn't said that it was you." Tzuyu said
"Don't make it so obvious hyung." Chaeyoung added
"Just shut up." I said before laying down making my bag as a pillow.
"Just an advice but if you like her, make a move on Nayeon unnie before someone else gets her." Jihyo said. I just shrugged it off and decided to sleep while they play around.
