CHAPTER TEN

Nayeon's POV

"HAIYAH!" I said loudly as I jumped on Jihyo's bed. She was still sleeping not until I placed my body on top of her.

"Unnie get off me." She said with her morning voice and pushing me while trying to cover herself with the blanket. I just laid down beside her and hugged her, removing the blanket.

"Come on wake up. I'll treat you out." I said she just turned around facing me.

"Wae~?" She asked still closing her eyes.

"I just wanna hang out with my bestfriend." I said pouting. She opened her eyes and held my face as if checking it.

"Are you sick? Is that really you?" Jihyo asked while squeezing my face.

"Yah! I'm just saying the truth. You've been busy with work, I mean school nowadays that you don't have enough time to rest." I said pushing her hands away from my face and stood up. "Hurry up and do your thing."

"I still don't believe you but fine." She said and stood up going to the bathroom. I grabbed my phone and laid on my bed. It still bothers me what's really between Jeongyeon and Kyungsoo. The tension between them whenever they're around each other is scary, especially on Jeongyeon's part.

"You're spacing out again." I was cut off my thoughts when Jihyo spoke drying her hair with a towel.

"Ahh yeah."

"You've been spacing out quiet a lot of times nowadays." Jihyo said before sitting down next to me. "Care to share?"

"I just have a lot of things in my mind." I said which is true though

"Hm the Im Nayeon who usually doesn't care about her surroundings has a lot of things in her empty mind. Yeah sure, try being the school council president." Jihyo said sarcastically with this annoying smile.

"That's mean~" I said in aegyo.

"That's gross." She said and we both just laughed it off. "I'll just fix my hair then we can go."

We both sat in our chair at the same time and placed the paper bags of things we bought.

"It's been a long time since we shopped a lot." Jihyo said

"I know right." I agreed. The waiter came to us and asked us for our orders.

"I know you want to tell me something, that's why you asked me to go out with you." Jihyo said once the waiter left.

"No, promise I just missed hanging out with you." I said honestly. Jihyo is really busy with her work and now back here she's still busy with school things. That's why she never had a boyfriend, she's always busy. Well she had one but broke up 'cause they're too busy for each other.

"Why are you suddenly laughing?" Jihyo asked with her confused face

"It's just I thought of something." I said and she just raised a brow at me. "Sometimes I don't know if I'm older than you or younger." I pouted

"Who wouldn't look at you like this? Like why would you suddenly laugh out of the blue." Jihyo said

"I just thought that you will never have a boyfriend because you're always busy." I said

"As if you had one. Oh I forgot Kyungsoo is your boyfriend." I just frowned at what she said while Jihyo rolls her eyes. "I thought you hate the idea of dating him."

"I do. It was just a favor. It's just a show."

"What you say?"

"It's just a show. He asked me if I can just go with the flow of the rumors. Maybe because of his name or reputation in the school. I mean that's no problem with me but I hope it doesn't gets into him. I don't like him." I explained. Just in time our food came. Finally I can eat, I'm so hungry right now.
