Y/n's POV I woke up with the sun light peaking in through my blinds. I stretched and grabbed my phone, checking my messages, and answering my needy boyfriend, JJ.
Eventually i got up, and got ready. We were going out on the boat today so i wore a black(and a little revealing) bikini with some denim cut off shorts and a big 'Metallica' t-shirt. I packed my bag and ran out on to my dock.
I didn't wait too long before i heard the HMS Pogue arrive. "Morning Gorgeous" JJ greeted as he held out his hand for me to get on. "Hi J" i replied with a smile. Kie handed me a beer and we were off.
I sat having a conversation with Kie and Pope as JJ and John B talked about whatever they talk about. I felt someone's arms wrap around me. "Hey guys, mind if i steal her for a bit" JJ asked them. They shook their heads as he picked me up and carried me to the back of the boat.
He sat me on his lap and played with hair out of habit as i leaned into him, resting my head on his collarbone. "You ok" i asked him quietly. He hummed a 'Mm Hm' in response. "Yeah i'm just thinking about how we have been here for almost 2 hours and you have yet to give me a kiss" he said sarcastically. "Aww i'm sorry baby" i said and gave him a soft kiss on the lips.
"All better" he whispered making me giggle. "Hey JJ you wanna anchor here" John B asked him. "Yeah that's fine dude" he replied as i got off his lap to remove my clothing. And JJ being the person he is, he stared the entire time.
I was on my way to Kie when i felt JJ pick me up and throw me in the water. I kept sinking low until i felt like i had been stabbed in my side. Before i had time to realize what was going on I saw a jellyfish next to me. Fuck. I was stung.
I saw JJ dive in and grab me. I gasped for air as he brought me on to the boat. "Shit Y/n are you ok" Kie asked. "Baby talk to me. What's wrong" JJ questioned frantically. I pointed to my side and whimpered as everyone stared over me. "Oh shit" Pope said and gently touched it. A sob i didn't even know i was holding in came out of my lips. "What the fuck pope! Are you crazy" JJ yelled at him. "JJ stop yelling" John b said and went to grab the first aid kit.
"Alright Y/n i'm not gonna lie, this is gonna hurt like hell ok but you need to stay still" Pope said grabbing some ointment. JJ grabbed my hand and Pope carefully rubbed some on, though it still hurt. I squeezed JJ's hand like there was no tomorrow, i'm surprised he kept a straight face. I let out a small sob as tears rolled down my face as pope kept putting on the ointment. "It's ok love i got you. Your doing so good babygirl only a little more" JJ cooed to me to attempt to calm me down.
John B started up the boat as Pope put away the kit. JJ helped me get my clothes back on and i sat in between his legs. He had his arms wrapped gently around me as he fiddled with my braclets.
Once we docked, JJ picked me up carefully. I wrapped my arms and legs around him. He kissed my hair and carried me to the pullout at John B's. As soon i laid down i fell asleep.
•••••••••••• I woke up about an Hour later and saw JJ sitting next to me with his hand resting on my thigh.
"JJ" i said sleepily. He looked at me and smiled. "Hey princess. How you feeling" he asked and stroked my hair. "Beside my side hurting like a bitch, alright" i said with a small chuckle. He slightly smiled. "Glad to see your still your sarcastic self. The others are outside making s'mores if you wanna go out" he suggested. I nodded and slowly stood up.
"Want me to carry you love" he questioned. I shook my head no and carefully walked out side, JJ behind me. "Oh my god! Y/n how do you feel" kie asked and as soon as she saw me, she pulled me gently in for a hug. "ok" i responded.
"How's it goin shortstack" John b asked with a smile knowing the nickname he uses on me due to my short height of 5'2 compared to my 6 foot boyfriend, drove me mad. "It's goin" i said with a small laugh as i sat down, JJ immediately pulling me into him. "Oh and Y/n if there is still bruising and redness that's normal. It shouldn't scar though. It was bad but it could've been worse" Pope informed me as i smiled at him and nodded.
After a little bit we all decided to turn in for the night. JJ and i took the spare room that was pretty much his. "Hey you still awake Y/n" JJ whispered to me as we laid there carefully cuddling. "Yeah i am. Whats up" i said looking up at him. "I'm sorry about everything. If i wouldn't have thrown you in, you wouldn't have gotten stung and you wouldn't be in so much pain. You don't know how bad i fe-" "J stop. It's not your fault ok bubs. You didn't know. And i'm ok know. i promise" i said cutting him off.
"I love you" he said leaning in. "i love you too dork" i replied pushing my lips on his. We pulled away and fell into a deep blissful sleep.
