In Katara's house, Aang laid in her bed. He waited patiently for her to get out of the her warm shower. It was late in the evening, the warm breeze outside was slowly getting cooler. It was a Tuesday night. Teenagers were out playing in the neighborhoods, street lights were flickering on and off until they turned on completely, and the sun was slowly coming down. It was currently 8:30 pm and summer break was still happening.
Sokka and Suki were out buying snacks for tonight. The 4 of them thought they would watch a couple of movies together. Katara told Aang to go with them but Aang insisted to stay with her. Katara got into the shower about 10 minutes ago, but we all know how girls are. They take forever in the shower, so, Aang wouldn't be surprised if she stayed 15 more minutes in the shower.
This week was big Katara and Aang. They were gonna get an ultra sound for the very first time. Their appointment was this Thursday and the two were very excited but also nervous, also Katara had a lot of things going on this week. She had to babysit for a newly single mother, she had her baby about a year ago, and she was ready to go back to work.

They walked in a brightly lit store, small thin wheel rolled around the cold tiles. Shelfs were full and some were empty. The white lights bounced off the glass jars, quiet jazz music played in the store speakers. Many people walked passed Sokka and Suki with their own full shopping carts, everyone was minding their own business, and living their everyday lives.
Before Suki left to the store with Sokka Katara asked for dark chocolate. Katara doesn't like dark chocolate, she was always the 'Milk Chocolate" type of person but her pregnancy craving have been quite opposite to what she liked.
So, Suki walked to where all the different type of chocolates sat. She walked in the row of chocolate and started looking for what Katara wanted, she walked slowly as her eyes scattered on the many brands of coco. After a while of looking she finally found the one that Katara craved, the water bender wouldn't eat the chocolate if it wasn't the one she wanted. She was very picky of her food, usually she would be ok with pretty much anything, as long as she ate she was happy.
Suki grabbed the chocolate brand and off she was finding Sokka and the cart being semi full of snacks for tonight. She walked up to him and gave him a sweet but short kiss on the cheek. Sokka just grimly smiled as she returned the happy look back. Suki placed the things Katara wanted gently in the cart, she also placed some juices that she found as she was finding Sokka. The two mentally checked and made sure they had everything they wanted.
Once they were positive with everything they walked up to the check out and got their things scanned by a nice lady, she had a sweet smile on her face but her under eye bags said other wise. The lady clearly looked tired and was ready to go home to her family and enjoy her time at home. After a couple minutes of scanning the snacks she told the couple the price and they paid, well Sokka paid. "Thank you, have a good night!" Suki kindly said, leaving the cashier at her register. Sokka just followed behind Suki. The lady gave them both the biggest smile she could give.
The two stepped into Suki's car and put the bags in the back seat, Sokka turned on the car. "OK, let's go home to my cranky sister now." Sokka rolled his eyes, Suki gave her boyfriend a little light smack on the arm. "Sokka, don't say that. You know why Katara is always like that now."
Sokka drove out of the parking lot and onto the road. "Yea yea because she pregnant. I mean... I'm happy for her and Aang, but all the mood swings and craving have been driving me crazy and she's not even half way through the whole pregnant thing." He stopped at a red light and watched as the other cars go in front of him.
"Yes I know the whole mood swings can be annoying and all, but look at the bright side." Sokka looked at Suki and admired her beauty. "You're gonna be an uncle to a small little child. He or she will call you 'uncle' and they will look up to you for a lot of things." Sokka's smile got bigger and wider as Suki mentioned the benefits of being an uncle. He heard a loud beep from behind him. "What the- oh-. Oops, sorry." Sokka was about to flip this car off but he realized that the light turned green. He gave them a small 'sorry' wave as he drove straight. Suki just quietly giggled.
