Best Mistake

Chapter 10

"Sokka, I need to tell you something. You might tell me to fuck off or sum but don't." I said, looking away from sokka. Twiddling with my finger, it was a nervous habit.
"Oh I know what it is."  Sokka said.

"You- you do?" I asked. "Yea. But I want to hear it from you." I took a deep breath. "Ok well I'm dating Aang. I'm not sure if you knew that or not but I wanted to tell you." I admitted looking at Sokka. A small smile creeped on my face as I thought of Aang.

"Really! you guys are dating!" He squealed out in happiness. "Yes. I thought you would be mad. Why, aren't you?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows, very confused.

"Because I learned to be happy for my sister. You two also make a good couple. I don't know Aang like you know him , but I know he makes you happy." He explained. "Aww, Sokka that's so sweet of you. Well I'm gonna go upstairs." I commented, walking up the long stairs finally reached my soft queen size bed. I jumped the somewhat big bed.

After just laying there I heard my phone ring. It was a FaceTime call from no other than Aang himself. As the name popped up she smiled to herself. '親愛的'

"Hey. I have good news!" I began "Sokka, actually doesn't hate the fact of us dating. He's happy for us." I continued, noticing a smile forming on Aang's lips. "Really? I thought he would lose his balls." He said, I could tell he was surprised as I am. "I thought he wasn't gonna care but I still wanted to tell him."

I continued talking but at times it would be silent. It wouldn't be awkward we would just enjoy the silence. It was like 1 or 2 and I was getting tired.

"Aang," I yawned. "Mhm?" "I'm gonna go to sleep. I will see you tomorrow morning. Good night." I said, desperately wanting to go to sleep. "Ok, I will pick you up tomorrow then. Good night."  I heard him say as he hung up.

I immediately fell asleep.

I walked outside, the first thing I saw was Aang's car. I got in and gave him a kiss. God it feels good to do that.

"Good morning. Ready?" He asked, putting his car in reverse. "Yea. You know what I'm excited for." I said looking outside the window and back at him. "What, what are you excited for?" He asked, keeping his eyes on the foggy road. "I can't wait to tell your fangirls that you are taken." I said. Aang gasped. "You were jealous!" He laughed. "Of course I was jealous Aang. I hated seeing you with others girls."  I giggled.

Soon we arrived at school. "Ok, lets go meet up with the others." He said as he got his book bag. "Alright let's go." I responded doing the same.

The two got out of the car, their hands met with one another, lacing their fingers together. They started getting stares from jealous girls. Others just looked at them for a split second. They walked into the school and met up with their group.

"Ohh look it's the two love-birds." Zuko announced teasing the two. "Shut up." Katara jokingly said blushing. They sat down and talked to their friends. The bell rang and everyone was off to their first class.

"Ok class get in a group of 3!" The teacher began. "Today we are gonna..." the teacher continued. Aang wasn't listening, he felt eyes fall on him. He looked around the class room. He saw Onji death staring at him as if she wanted to kill him.

"Oof."

"We should be heading to our class before we're all late." Ty Lee advised. "Alright, we'll talk to y'all later." Zuko said, the group going their separate ways.

The 5 went to Science. A class that almost everyone loved. Every week the class would do an experiment.

Today they were talking about Dissecting frogs and rabbit. Most of the students gasped in excitement. As of for Aang well. Aang was clearly uncomfortable with the subject. Aang was taught that all life was sacred when he was very young. He didn't like the idea of cutting dead animals. As for other students they were excited to dissect the dead animals.
