Chapter Seventeen
~Dante~
I woke after what I was hoping was a short nap to find Jessie curled up beside me with her head on my chest. I smiled and kissed her on the forehead. As I lay there memories of what had just happened in this very bed came back to me. I remembered the way she had reacted to every little touch, to where I placed my lips and what her face had looked like when she came. I don’t even think she had realized that, that is what she was doing. She really wasn’t kidding when she said that she hadn’t done this sort of thing before, she was so innocent, though maybe a little less so now. I still couldn’t believe what had happened, or how it had happened. I woke up this morning trying to think of ways to mend things with her when suddenly she’s wanting me to kiss her.
Then I find out that she’s this high and mighty angel who I happen to be the soul mate of. I didn’t even think that kind of thing existed, but I can’t really argue with the way I felt about the blue eyed blonde curled up beside me. I don’t think I could sleep with another woman again after that, I mean every touch had set me on fire. She was so cute to watch, as she slowly built up the courage to touch me and the nerve to let me go inside of her. Being inside of her had just felt so right, just thinking about it was almost enough to give me another hard on.
I shook my head from my thoughts and looked over at my bedside table to see that my clock read 5:30am. I frowned; we must have been sleeping for a while then. Hungry, I sat up, letting my blanket fall to my hips and leaving Jessie’s upper body exposed. My eyes raked in every inch of her, seeing that the small hickies I had left on her skin earlier were already fading. I smirked; guess I wouldn’t have to worry about leaving love bites on her neck for the world to see. She was toned, with cream coloured skin and long limbs, the body of an athlete or a warrior.
“Stop staring at me, it’s weird.”
I gaped slightly and met now open, blue eyes, eyes that were looking up at me with an amused gleam. I smiled down at her, before quickly pecking her on the lips. As I pulled back, I saw a smile slowly creep its way onto her lips and then she stretched her body out, while opening her mouth in a yawn. “I’m so hungry.”
I raised a brow at her, “I’d think so, we missed lunch and it’s passed the usual time that we have dinner.”
Jessie sat up pouting and said, “Make me food.”
I snorted, before sliding out of bed and walking towards my bathroom for a shower. I heard her get out of bed and pad along after me, “That isn’t the way to the kitchen.”
I opened the door to the bathroom before turning around to face Jessie. She had the blanket from the bed wrapped around her and a pout on her lips. I reached a hand out, grabbed the blanket and pulled her towards me, before leaning down and capturing her pouting lips. I smiled as she wrapped her arms around my neck, letting the blanket fall away from her body. When I pulled my lips away, and straighten out, she was forced to move her arms from around my neck, to just holding onto my shoulders. She frowned, looking up at me and said, “Stop being so tall.”
I shook my head at her before turning and walking into the bathroom, grabbing a hold of her hand to drag her in after me. Letting go of her once inside, I moved to the shower and turned it on before moving under the water. I looked out to see Jessie standing there, bright red and chewing on her lower lip. I raised a brow, before gesturing with my finger for her to come towards me. She took a step towards me, then another, and then another, before she was standing that in front of the flow of water. I reached an arm out, wrapping it around her lower back and pulled her towards me.
We showered half the time and made out for the other half, touching and kissing different parts of each other’s bodies. When we finally got out, dried ourselves off and put our clothes back on, we walked out into the lounge room. Mishka was sitting on the couch watching cartoons on TV, with a tube of blood at her mouth. As we walked in she turned to us frowning, “About time, I’m starved.”
