Behind the cameras : jikook fan fiction (BTS)

Our little game.

The bitter feeling that tugged on his heart made it impossible for him to sleep. He shouldn't have done that. He hated this about himself. A little mistake can kill him with regrets. On top of that jungkook was one of the people he treasured the most. He wanted to have a long late night conversation with jungkook as they used to. But him being the idiot he is, he messed up and make the younger upset. The pout on his lips only grew deeper as he kept going on blaming himself.

He was surprised as jungkook wrapped an arm around his shoulders and pulled him close, gently rubbing his arm.
"I told you to sleep, you stubborn little hyung" he mumbled, half asleep. Despite the heaviness in his stomach, it fluttered at the feeling of his body pressed against the younger. He sunk into the warmth of his side, appreciative of the simple gesture.

"Well you are mad at me because i messed up.I didn't mean- OUCH!! Why did you smack me!?"Jungkook covered his mouth because he was being too loud.
"Hush hyung. It was to stop your blabbering" he chuckles. " I really am not mad but we won't just be going out together till i feel like it again" he finishes with a smug tone.
The older groans before replying "Watch me earn it!"
He only received a "Mm~" as a reply as the maknae snuggled closer and falling back into his dreamland.

A sigh escaped his lips. It feels nice to wake up all cuddled up and warm. Even if the hyungs teased them about it later.
He looked upto find his hyung already wide awake and staring at him.
"Morning hyung" he says before slipping out of the bed and and running to washroom, just to be chased by jimin shouting "YAH! I need to go first i waited till you wake up now this his how you treat me?!?!"
No mercy. Jungkook was already in the washroom.

"Must you be this loud so early!?" The whine from yoongi made the others chuckle. And as usual it was hoseok's turn to brighten the morning.
" Come on guys! We have to go to the company to discuss about our concept for the next comeback! Get excited!"
"Yeah I'm soooooo excited" replies tae with a yawn and some stretching.

Jin was already up and was making the breakfast while namjoon did his best to keep him company. Which included the usual routine of namjoon trying to help him and either making a mess out of it or getting scolded by jin asking him to keep his hands to himself. Not to mention how others loved seeing the one and only leader switching into a puppy in front of jin. The duo spent most of the time together. Even if they didn't word it out, they have gowrn into the roles of being the parents of the boys.

Jin was once again distracted while trying to flip a pancake which he was ready to throw hands at namjoon, but stopped when he noticed what he was trying to point at.

Jungkook was a blushing mess while jimin was doing some aegyo and whispering somethings to the latter.
"What the hell are they doing??" Jin thought out loud. "I'm not certain~Maybe they will get to confess before us~"
Seokjin had to turn away to hide his face literally turning into a tomato.

"Jin hyung are you okay?! Did hyung make you so mad that you're red??" Taehyung questioned while taking a seat in the dining table.
"No I'm fine, your leader is annoying keep him away from me" he said as he was serving the food.

The boys had a breakfast filled with laughter and headed out to their meeting.

Jimin was glad. He was glad that he no longer had to show off his body and be overly confidant on the stage. Atleast not for this comeback. He did like the attention that he received for his body but at the same time it was embarrassing for him. So when they were informed that they will be going for a slightly softer image, and that it will be focusing around young school affairs and clean cut school uniforms he was glad. Atleast he won't be in the spotlight way too much.

"Fans are gonna miss jiminie abbs~" that got jimin out of his thoughts. "But I'm glad hyung. Atleast you won't have to cut on ur food and work that long in the gym for a while" jungkook's comment made him feel cared. So the younger did notice him afterall.

There was a short interview on the set and they had fun answering the questions. Then there was a question about what would they do if they were given a day off. Jimin knew this was the best way to make it up to the maknae for turning him down that day. So he answered being all cliche that he would go on a date with jungkook.
He expected the younger the smile laugh or atleast shy away as a reply but it hurt his guts a little too much when the younger pushes him away making a face of disgust. He didn't have to do go that far for a little misunderstanding they had over a text.
But he pretended like it didn't affect him the slightest and kept going on with the dating idea while making it seem more like a joke.
Namjoon somehow realized the the sudden dullness that took over jimin and the fake overly excited act he tried to put up but failed miserably. He pushed jimin behind them after his little jokes and covered the scene up replying that they would want to play.
Jimin was glad he got a moment away from the cameras and he pulled himself together before running back to the others with his goofyness.

The others didn't understand a thing about what happened. After the interview they were heading back to the dorm and jungkook was all cuddled upto jimin while going through the jimin's phone together.

Little did namjoon know that jimin was getting hurt even if he doesn't seem to show it. And he knew he had to keep an eye on the duo.
