tae tae's little happiness pt 2

The members woke up with the smell of homemade food filling up their noses. Everyone were amused to find the maknaes cuddled up in a small space on taehyung's bed with his gifts still being caught up in between their sleeping figures. Unlike usual days, the older members decided to let them have their rest.

Half asleep; he stretched his arm out and fished his phone. Managing to pull away from the maknae's grip he peeks at the lock screen, which read 11.40 a.m. His gasp was effective enough to wake the birthday boy up too. "OMG WE OVERSLEPT!!!!"  both taehyung and jimin rushed to get out of the bed and fresh up. Jimin rushed to get the clothes ironed as taehyung ran to the washroom.

They both stopped on track when they saw the members chilling in the living room while the leader was laughing his ass off watching them.

"Why aren't yall getting ready and why the hell are you laughing joonie hyung?!" Jimin whined. He was interrupted by taehyung's "SEAWEED SOUP?! I ALSO SMELL BULGOGI!"
The oldest chuckled and replied him with a wink. "How can we not feed you your favourites on your birthday taetae~? There's a lot of other food too~" hobi replied as he stole a dumpling "Yes! Hyungs even made dumplings for you taehyung-ah~ mm~ its good i taste tested." Taehyung literally lightened up at this. Oh the way he loved dumplings. Its been forever since he tasted handmade ones. Taehyung tried to sneak into the kitchen but was shooed away by jin, telling him to brush his teeth first.

Meanwhile joon calmly replied to jimin, "We don't have schedules till later jiminie. That too just to cut taehyung's birthday cake for the bangtan bomb." Jimin jumped onto the couch and melted at the warmness it gave.
"Ah i freaked out over nothing as soon as i woke up!" Being the cuddle bug he is, He whines to get yoongi's attention, which ends in a dead end when a now awake jungkook sits in between them. Jimin pouts as he cuddles up with jungkook instead.
Even if he didn't know the reason for the said boy's actions, he chose to believe that the younger had a little bit of a jealousy when jimin's cuddlebear isn't him.

The members were peacefully having the delicious meal the older prepared. Taehyung was beyond happy. True. He did love the boys before, but all the birthday events made him feel them closer to his heart.

"Jin hyung! You're the best i swear! This is so tasty~" namjoon tried to sweet talk his way as jin was dividing the last bit of bulgogi among the members.
"You think its so good???" Asked the older.  "Yes! I almost feel like I'll pass out because it tastes so good!"  Jin chuckles at this. "Then namjoon-ah! I guess its enough for you! We don't want to risk you passing out right??" He said as he served the last bit of the meal to the birthday boy.  The dinning table was filled with laughter as the leader and the oldest kept bickering and Sharing food anyway.

Taehyung talked with his family after the meal. He was so content and happy. He sighed as he layed down on his bed, Thinking back about his birthday. His thoughts were interrupted when jungkook poked his cheek. He looked at the younger in shock. "You scared the shit out of me kook. You could have just called me" he said while placing his hand over his chest.
"I did hyung. You looked like you were thinking about your dreamgirl being all smiley. Obviously you didn't hear me"
Jungkook laughed at the utterly confused expression taehyung had on his face. "I've got no dreamgirls!" He said and sat up. "Okay that aside, just come with me now!" The younger dragged him out to the balcony.

Taehyung wasn't surprised to find jimin on the balcony. The boy always spent his time here than in the house. "Jiminie~ me any jungkook have something personal to talk~" he teased the latter. Which jungkook quickly cut off saying that he asked jimin to come too. The latter pouted as he sat next to jimin.  "What is it then??? Thought brat atleast had a birthday gift for me" taehyung said faking a sob, being the drama baby.

Jimin and jungkook chuckled at this. "You seriously should act in a drama tae. I see talent." jimin says leaving taehyung  confused if he was being serious or kidding. Meanwhile jungkook gets a small wrapped box out and places it in front of taehyung.

"Awh my baby DID bring be a gift~!" He clapped before starting to unwrap the box to reveal 3 identical bracelets. "Oooh?!" He looks at jungkook. The younger scratches his head as he speaks "well...its nothing big... because I didn't get to save up that much...but because we kinda fight a lot these days...and uh- well most of the time it was my fault so I wanted to say sorry....and um- let it be a friendship band" he peaks at the hyungs in embarrassment. The duo cooes at the youngest and hugs him almost leaving him breathless. "This is so SO cute kookie! And now that i think about it, this was really needed for us!". Taehyung half cried. Jimin chuckled and patted both youngers' heads. "And thank you for not leaving me out even if it's not my birthday. You're thoughtful baby koo~" the younger pouts as he complains about being called a  'baby'; the truth was he was just worried about others picking up that nickname. But jimin calling him baby? Oh he loves it.

They went to the company practice room and celebrated taehyung's birthday with army, through bangtan bomb. On the way home, they picked up burgers as he requested. It was a calm and a warm day for all of them. It was rare to have such day in their scheduled lifestyle. But they were all grateful for this day. In their own ways.
