hours? or weeks?

He sighed as he noticed that only jungkook was free in the living room. Which means he has to call him out to write a wish for taehyung. He was doing well ignoring the younger the whole night. Though he almost gave up at times when he looked like an abandoned puppy, he kept his guard up.
'Just because I'm calling him out here doesn't mean i have to talk to him. I'll just tell him to write and make him leave. Yes. You can do it jimin! ' he gave himself a pep talk.

He was surprised to be squeezed in a back hug in a matter of seconds after sending the message to the younger.

"I made a card for taetae. Write something nice" he said while before lightly pushing the younger away.  The younger whined and kept clinging onto him.

"I don't have time for this jungkook. Will you just write and leave?" The older's voice was cold that it made his heart ache. "Jungkook? Not Jungkookie? Or kookie?" He asked trying to rest his head on his hyung's shoulder.  Jimin turned around, his gaze somewhat empty, no signs of adoration or warmth in those eyes. He almost felt like it wasn't the hyung he has a huge ass crush on.

His hyung have never once been this cold at him. He suddenly remembers how cold and rude he acted towards jimin, did he hurt the older so much too back then?

"Is this some kind of a pay back for hurting you back then hyung?? If it is, I totally hate this and you can physically punish me not this." He finished with a pout. Jimin broke into a fit of giggles and it was music in his ears. He was confused why the older was laughing but he still stared at him with a smile. "What's so funny hyung?" "Punish you physically?!" He giggles again. Did you say that on purpose or are you just too innocent??"   This confused him even more. "What??" Jimin clears his throat. "Nothing. Don't go around saying stuff like that though." He went back to maintaining a straight face but it wasn't as intimidating.
So jungkook decided to keep going.

"Seriously hyung....what did i do to upset you? I really did try to think back when and where I fucked up but I can't figure out..." He was cut off by the older "don't you think you're taking this a little too serious? I just ignored you for a few hours" jungkook couldn't figure out if the older was being serious. "Hours?! Seriously hyung?? You've been ignoring me for like a week!" Jimin raised an eyebrow. "How is it ignoring when
I prepare your meal everyday? Have breakfast with you? Well we spend the day with rest of the hyungs. Even at night you literally sleep in my bed every day and i have to stroke your head till you fall asleep? Hello? Are YOU serious? I wouldn't do a shit if i wanted to ignore you"

Jungkook could only pout. "Well....when you put it like that...BUT! you ignored me when i tried to join you after schedules! And didn't go to the gym with me! And you've been ignoring tae hyung too! I'm not imagining stuff! You did ignore me hyung!"
Jimin found the younger too cute to resist anymore. "I was just getting taetae's stuff ready. I wanted it to be a surprise so I couldn't tell you both." "But you could've told me! I wanted to help!"  Jimin smirked at this. "Oh? Can you really keep it a secret from our taetae?"  The younger pouted and nodded.

"Well you were being mean AND ignoring me since you came back today. What about it??" The older sighed. "Oh baby bun~ that was nothing near me being mean or mad at you" he patted latter's head. "I was slightly annoyed by something and i just chose to ignore you. I'll accept that."

......

"But tell me what i did wrong hyung?!" Jungkook whined. Jimin was taken aback, how is he supposed to answer? That he was jealous? That he didn't give him attention? Oh hell there's no way he would say any of it. He actually had no right to be jealous or mad over this because they weren't even in a relationship. He decided to ignore it instead. "it's nothing. Just finish this up quickly so i can get it to the hyungs! Or i won't stop ignoring you! I'm actually coming to like this " he said as he smirked.

"I'll do it! Please no more ignoring!!" He said before rushing to write his wish on the card.

Jimin managed to get the card done and explain the little surprise event to the others
While being followed by a very clingy jungkook. Not to mention the confusion that was written on the hyungs' faces as they saw the duo glued together; acting as if nothing was wrong.

......

They all pretended to go to bed around the bed time but after making sure the birthday boy was asleep, everyone except taehyung slipped out of their bed.

Jimin was getting the cake ready. He checked the time and it read 11.58 p.m.
They decided it was time. Let the celebration begin.
