misunderstandings

Jungkook was feeling giddy as he got to know his hyung's honest thoughts about their relationship.

After talking with jin hyung, he was almost convinced that jimin didn't take their relationship seriously, that it was the reason he didn't cross the line. Even when jimin showed his affection to him, even if things were heated and they were making out, it only made him emotional, remembering that it's just temporary, that jimin didn't desire him like he does.

Now he feels like an idiot for thinking useless shit like that. Jimin hyung loved him for ages and waited for him to learn his feelings. He was ready to wait any longer just so the younger would be comfortable. There's no way the latter didn't love him or take the relationship seriously. He just misunderstood jin hyung's advice.

He chuckles and giggles again, burying his face in the older's chest.
"why so giggly koo?" The older asks as he strokes jungkook's head.
The younger shakes his head. "i just realized I'm so stupid...and emotional...and a cry baby"
Jimin was about to tease, but the younger spoke up again.
"......When it comes to jiminie hyung."

The older smiles and kisses the latter's forehead. "Well.... someone once said 'The fact that you are so emotional when it comes to me....it proves that you treasure me so much' i guess that person needs to be reminded of it"
Jungkook gives his bunny smile. "That someone sounds so brave!"

The couple enjoyed the cuddling more than the movie that was on TV, which they didn't bother to watch since the beginning anyway.

Jimin watched the younger dozing off in his arms. He wasn't certain how to feel about the situation. He was certainly grateful for yoongi hyung's advice on talking to jungkook openly. He can't imagine the emotional torture the younger would go through if he didn't. All this while he thought he was making his boyfriend happy.
Jimin hugs the latter closer. He hopes the younger would keep his promise and talk to him more openly about his feelings.

Before two hours.

Jimin hugs the younger and strokes his head. "We need to talk jungkook-ah"

Jungkook visibly tenses. He looks at the older as if asking what he needs to talk about.

"Look koo, you do realize that we're in a relationship right?"

"Well, as long as you plan to call me your 'boyfriend' yeah"
Jimin was taken aback by jungkook's sudden attitude.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean kook?!"

"Since you want to have a talk, what's the point of sugarcoating hyung? I know that you're not ready to take this relationship past limits. Hell you may not even want to love on me. And if you're gonna talk about all my dreams....well I'm sorry if it's making you uncomfortable to know that. But my shitty mind can't seem to get over this yet."

"Kook..."

"Let me finish hyung. I don't-"

He didn't get to continue because the older slammed his fist on the table. Which seemed painful, but the older didn't seem to care. He seems pissed. A part of the younger was already regretting his words. But he was hurting too. And it was jimin who needed this right?

"I fucking told you to stop. The hell are you talking about jungkook?! How about think of the YEARS i spent waiting for you to see me?! See my feelings and accept me?! You think it was all fun and games?! I've told you that i love-"

"How about you just prove it then?!"

"What? What do you mean jungkook? I've literally been spending all my free time with you."
