24)Before You Go

      ~General POV~

Everyone was back at the Weasley household ready to to Hogwarts, the trios 3rd year, Ginny's second and the twins and y/n's 5th year. Something was off...it was 7 am but the house was still, quiet, almost peaceful. Y/n was sitting at the table reading with one of the twins huge sweatshirt on her as she took in every word of the book taking a sip of her coffee as well. Something was heavy in her heart...she knew something was off, missing, like a puzzle piece but she couldn't put her finger on it so she sighed and continued on with her book, greeting Ginny as she too was reading a book. Sitting down next y/n smiling "y/n?" She asked quietly hoping she wasn't disturbing you from your book. Y/n placed a bookmark in her book giving Ginny her undivided attention, "what's up Ginny?" She winced taking another sip of her coffee. Ginny's heart raced hoping y/n wouldn't be angry with her for telling her about Bill or asking if she could try coffee, and if she can cook her eggs while she reads. "Well I was wondering if I can try coffee? And if you can possibly make me eggs while I read?" Ginny held off on her question about Bill while y/n's eyes watered, y/n loved Ginny like her own little sister and absolutely loved when she'd ask her to make her food, or do her hair, or try something. "Of course Ginny! Here I'll grab a small cup so you can try and then I'll get some eggs on the stove for you and Ron cause you know how he is." Y/n have a hearty laugh loving those two with all she had, knowing the twins would want pancakes she started on those as well all while getting a cup of coffee for Ginny. "Are you *sniffle* mad at me for telling you *sniffle* that Bill is in love with you?" The poor girl uttered trying her very hardest to hold back the tears that were about to fall from her still hazy eyes. "Oh no Ginny of course not! I could never be mad you, do you understand me? I love you and Ron with everything I have. You're both like my little siblings and I will never abandon either of you, I will always be here." The small girl ran up to y/n crying into her chest as y/n hugged her with everything she had while tears escaped her eyes. The twins walked into the kitchen their eyes filled with tears overhearing everything you just said to their little sister. "You really feel that way about her love?" Fred croaked out to y/n looking her in her eyes watching as tears flooding down her cheeks as she held Ginny tighter. "Of course I do Freddie, her and Ron are almost everything to me besides the two of you." She looked at Fred watching as a few tears escape, turning her head to George realizing he can't get a word out because he was already sobbing. Eventually y/n let go of Ginny to finish breakfast for the Weasley household everyone's so appreciative of her but no one knew when Bill cast that curse that as soon as she saw the picture of Percy on the wall she remembered everything.

Y/n, Fred, George, and Cedric settled into her dorm room spending most of their day organizing all their clothes and drawers, they even put another bed in for Cedric. Deep down y/n knew it was for Percy but she played it off once again, only when she was alone she would cry until she physically couldn't anymore. No one knew but everyone knew she had no memory of Percy, after y/n kind of blew off Bill he hasn't talk to her since blaming her for not giving him a chance to even talk to the twins about his feelings...her pained her even more losing 2 of her best friends she's been inseparable with...now she's only got the twins, Marcus and Cedric. Not that they aren't enough it's just not what her original friend group was. She was in pain, a lot of the teachers caught on realizing how she wasn't her usual self answering everything in class or lecturing a student for pronouncing a word or sentence wrong, her grades were still at the top she never slipped but she wasn't who she used to be, she wanted to be home with her dad. Alone in her room while she listened to Lewis Capaldi understanding every single word he sang out, but she couldn't so she stayed strong for her friends, her boyfriends, and most importantly her little brother and sister. The sorting ceremony was coming up soon so they grabbed their school clothes changing and throwing on their robes everyone but y/n, she laid in bed staring at the ceiling while her heart felt faint but heavy. "Baby come on, we'll put you in your Gryffindor stuff today and you can sit with us." George whispered carefully taking y/n's hand but she shook her head throwing on everything she needed with her green converse, she grabbed her wand while grabbing the two boys hands and walked out of her dorm room. Everyone stared in shock as y/n walked into the Great Hall hand in hand with the twins, but they weren't shocked because she was holding hands with the twins, no. They were in pure shock that she even came back, and for the people who knew she was coming back they were shocked to see her leave the dorm room. She smiled at some of her friends while she walked the twins over to the Slytherin table, Marcus immediately got up wrapping her in a tight embrace whispering "I'm so glad you're getting better but I know you remember him, and I know you didn't tell anyone so I know nothing." He let go walking around the table to sit across from you. Fred's hand rested on your thigh softly rubbing shapes in the pale skin creeping higher and higher every now and then, while George's hand snaked around your waist going under your shirt rubbing your cool pale skin and just like Fred he rubbed shapes into your back. They both knew it would soothe you which is why they started to do it, they realized eventually that it calms you down more with skin on skin contact, so your body relaxed into their embrace as Marcus made small talk with you trying to keep your mind off of Percy, that was until the doors opened. Everyone gasped then suddenly it went quiet as everyone averted their eyes to either the door or y/n almost fainting as she looked to the door.
