Chapter 15

Kai stood infront of me ready to attack anyone who's stupid enough to attack me

I peeked around Kai to see Caroline starting to stand up

She looked pissed but who wouldn't when a man tosses them like a bag of garbage

I look at Damon and he had a look of pride and shock on his face

Caroline tried to attack again but this time she got thrown into a trash can and the contents had spilled out onto her head

I heard a sound to my right so I looked over and

Aiden had a small smirk and was trying not to full out laugh

Caroline screamed and then tried again but this time I grabbed her and slammed her into the wall closest to us I held her there and let out a very loud and very domineering growl I felt her flinch in my hands.

THAT'S ENOUGH! I yelled

Instead of you getting angry and attacking people because your mad they have the mate you wanted you should put that energy into finding your true mate.

Trying to steal other people's mates is despicable and should be outlawed.

In fact once it becomes official I'm gonna propose a few new laws I'm sick of seeing stupid and cruel people of all races do idiotic things for "the sake of their loved" even though they aren't their true mates! Too many have died because of rejection or abuse by the hands of jealous people because they want someone else's mate!

I was fuming at this point I just wanted to weep for every person that had been rejected by their mate for someone not even fit to be with them.

I hope by setting new laws about rejection then maybe not a lot of people will die from it.

Rogues don't ever reject their mates but if a pack member finds out that their mate is a rogue then they will more than likely reject them and the rogue will either lose their minds or die. That's how most rogues goes on killing sprees.

They go insane from their mates rejection or their mate dies and they just can't take it and eventually will have to be killed.

I remember there was once a war that happened because a whole pack of rogues had gotten together after they had been rejected.

It was said that the Alpha of the rogue pack had been rejected by a princess and because of that he went insane and destroyed everything in his path until he came across another rogue who had been rejected he sensed in the other rogue the something he had in him and ended up forming a bond with him.

Making him his Beta and they found others like them and grew to be a really strong pack.

They went to each pack that had the mate of a rejected rogue

And attacked killing either the mate of the rejected rogue or the chosen mate of the one who rejected them

Then they would move on to the next pack

They even had other races in their pack witches and warlocks demons and even a few twisted lycans that was only there for the joy of fighting.

Eventually the rogue pack made their way to the princess who had rejected the rogue Alpha and they attacked killing over half of the royal werewolf pack including the future king who was chosen by the princess to mate with.

The Rogue Alpha was about to kill the princess when she pleaded with him that she truly loved him but her parents wouldn't accept him he would have believed her had it not been for her younger brother who was a greedy wolf he wanted to be king but couldn't because his sister was born first.

He knew that in order for him to rule she needed to die so he told the Alpha Rogue the truth about how their parents didn't even know she had found her mate and she had chosen this unfit wolf to rule by her side and of course in a fit of rage

the rogue Alpha killed the princess he was just about to kill her greedy brother when the king was able to take his head.

The king was furious with his oldest daughter and his oldest son. Hearing that she had rejected her mate was someone the king didn't like and for his son's betrayal and getting his own sister killed so he could be king.

The king banished his son and made his second son the king

The war between the Rogues and the royal pack had ended but they never even made a law against rejection that would save so many lives they had

Caroline looked like she was still ready to fight me but at this point I was done with her I tossed her aside and made my way to Damon's side, snuggling into his side and said.

I will look past todays transgressions but if you do it again or I hear that you are starting trouble with other females dor their mates then you will be punished!.

She looked at me and sneered.

WHO MADE YOU IN CHARGE OF THE LYCANS?

YOU'RE NOT WORTHY TO LEAD US ONLY I AM WORTHY! I'VE TRAINED TO BECOME THE QUEEN SINCE I WAS YOUNG YOU CAN'T COME IN HERE AND TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME!

she screamed at me and I was shocked to learn that she had been taut at a young age that she was to be Queen who would tell their child that? Not knowing if they are truly destined to be a Royal or not unless it was an arranged mating. I looked at Damon to see his reaction and he looked surprised.

Like he had no idea where she would get the impression that she would be Queen

Kai grabbed Caroline and pulled her to her feet then he pulled her arms behind her back and said.

We should take her to the King and Queen for answers

We all nodded our heads and gathered our stuff to go back to the palace
