Settling In

Chapter 5

We slowly made our way to the lycan kingdom.

It was located in a town in Alaska called Glennallen.

(Author's note: I have never been there or any of the other places they will visit I will do research on the places as much as possible)

She was quiet for the most part of the trip.

She would sometimes ask a question about myself.

Like how long have I been a rogue or how old I am.

When was my first shift or if I met my mate.

She wasn't one to dwell on certain topics though.

Once she got her answer she would move on to either silence for an hour or another question.

When we made it to a small creek we took a break.

After a 10 minute break we started on our way again.

I could tell we was getting closer

The smell of lycans was getting stronger.

We reached a hotel called alaska copper B&B in Glennallen Alaska

It looked like a nice quiet place to stay while we schedule an appointment with someone of high status.

As Lilly laid down I watched her closely

Studying her features. She was a tiny little thing

With light brown hair and green eyes

And although she was tiny she still had some of her baby fat to her cheeks which made quite a cutie.

She closed her eyes and turned the other way

So I let Lilly sleep while I went in search for a store or a restaurant.

I found a small store not too far from the B&B and bought some essentials for us.

As I was busy browsing the shelves of the store I didn't notice someone was standing close to me until he cleared his throat to get my attention.

I looked over at him he looked to be around 15 or so.

He looked nervous as he asked a question.

Um Excuse me miss?

Um can I ask you a question?

I nodded my head thinking maybe he was gonna ask me to buy him booze or for money so he could get something to eat.

He was a really skinny lanky kid with light blue eyes his hair that poked out from his beanie was dirty blonde and curly

He kept looking behind him and that's when I noticed two other

Boys snickering and watching us.
