"I know that the last year was a though one for the entire world but we worked hard, we discovered new authors and we kept company to the people during the quarantine time." Christian speaks standing while we all are sit on right in front of the desks placed in a circular form.

I smile listening to Christian's beautiful speech where he is really hyping us up.
I smile looking at Eleanor smiling so proudly dotted on his left.
My eyes also catch a group of my female coworkers whispering using a type of eyes code and staring in my way but after a few second I get to understand that they aren't really looking at me but at the person sit at my right, Grayson.

I knew it that he was going to steal hearts.
I touch his arm with my elbow.
He turns in my way and I point at them with the same technique that the girls used, the eyes.
"I told you." I tell him when he places his eyes on the group of our coworkers.
He looks at me with a light flattered smile.
"Shhh listen to Chris." he says placing his fingers on his lips while he is trying to choke a giggle.
I shake my head thinking how cute he is.
I look in front of me seeing Ethan and Kristina sit on the other died of the circle sit right next to Selena all three staring at us.
"I decided to keep you guys 10 minutes more in this room than the other your coworkers because I have a news to tell you." Christian says looking the most of us.
"I want to motivate my best team even more.
There is an book Expo in Paris in a week. I'll pay you everything you will just enjoy it and the city." he say.
So many whispers fill the room while I look so shocked at Eleanor that is smiling at me.
I start an applause and everyone follows me ending in a really long and loud applause.

"Thank you, thank you." Christian says fixing his tie a bit nervously.
"That's it. Everyone of you will receive an email at the end of today with all the informations and the plane ticket. Have w good day guys." Chris ends getting an another big applause.
"So we are going to Paris." Gray whispers with a smile.
"I guess so." I say giving him a look with the corner of my eye and then go back to look at every other coworker walk towards Christian and thank him.

"Thank you Chris this is a real gift." Ethan says while I'm cuddled to Eleanor with my arms around her waistline and my chest on her left shoulder.
"It's a pleasure guys, y'all deserved it." he says patting on his back and when he starts a out from the hug he looks at me with his arms open.
So I let go Eleanor from my grip and I jump on Christians arms.
"Thank you. Can't wait to escape from her for a bit." I say.
"I know, we all will have so much fun." he says softly knowing what I'm talking about. Hero.

We are far away already when he is in Liverpool, I know, but I need to go in a place that doesn't reminds me about him every five seconds. I need some time for me and understand what I really want in my life and if this is what I really want.

I need to be more lucid and Paris I think will give me so many answers.

"We will" I say lifting myself on my tip toes and squire him even more tighter.

We leave Chris and Eleanor in the meeting room.
While we are walking out talking about tonight I notice Ethan's and Kristina's hand.
Their kisses their giggles makes me a bit jealous of their relationship.
Even they are miles and miles away from each other for the most of the year but they look so love with each other, they trust each other blindly.

"So for tonight..." I start.
"Can we go to dance? Please I didn't went to a club from the COVID thing." Kristina says jumping like a kid still holding E's hand.
"Yes let's do it! Justin and you are coming?" I ask looking at Sel.
"I don't know guys..." She says.
"C'mon! We also want to see him. Come later when Elle is already sleeping." Ethan says already so ready for the night.
"Alright I'll call the babysitter." she says smiling while we are getting out.
"We will have so much fun." I say placing my arm around hers.
"Yes. You have to bring also your sister I can't wait to see her." she says smiling at me.

I turn at left and I see Hero, Mercy and
my sister standing near Hero's car.
"Kath?" I ask surprised.
"Kath? What are you doing here?" Nathan asks.
"We came to pick you guys up."Kath says.
"Wow you two look like twins." Sel says from my back.
"They all look alike except for me and you Sel." Kristina says with her eyes wide open.
