I told Bastet everything, everythin that happen to me and about Marlon and Cleo including the handsome guy name Amon. The name was Egyptian but his looks wasn't, Bastet told me it is possible that an Egyptian woman have fallen to other foreign outside Egypt.
She laughed and giggled and commenting every thing that she thinks, I know my stay was too short but I have a plan to go back and have fun again.

" that is great Peony, you have learn a lot. Thor would be most pleased." Her voice is proud and she smiled to me dazzle my heart, Thot had been a difficult teacher to please not because he is a god of knowledge, he is also being tight with my learning.

"I heard that the crown prince, His highness Cairo is on a war... " my hands one's again hang down. "Yes he is and he is coming back tonight. " Bastet's knowing smile gave me some kind of mask as if I was just wondering and I pressed my finger together to wished she would not want know the reason behind it.

"After the ceremony of his coronation you will be also totaled as a goddess and the Sun God Ra and Isis will present there power and bestow you your gift." My jaw hang open as she explain with her gestures. What kind of gift? Like... what... magic? Or power.. or a ability to protect people?
I did not try to say more on that statement, I wanted to see Cairo, I felt my whole being is missing him and it is crazy, super crazy. I wanted to deny it.

The night was fast approaching and every minute I keep on a look out to see a band and a troops enter the gate, my room was high above the city like a tower, I can see what's happening below and just like that it open, and I can see Cairo.. My heart skip a beat and my legs moved on its own the next thing I know that I was waiting for him in the hallway towards his chamber hiding on one of the pillar.

What am I doing? This is creepy, stalking him like this. Questioning myself was no use now as minutes passed my body did no move, not an inch until I saw Cairo and General Haetu passed, they were talk in about the war and the slave from the war then... the woman came inside his room, a woman with curly and medium length hair, her beauty was exotic, and she was dressed in a tael fabric that is really exposing her bosom. Cairo's hand was around her waste, seeing him like his hurt a pang in my heart.. I wanted to do something.. something... at least to keep him away from that woman.

Haetu left them and the both man and woman enter the room with servants going out there way, my hand flew to my lips covering it. As my step were backwards I bump into something, soft.

"What are you doing infront of the crown prince's chamber?" Bastet's cat like eyes look at me with allertnes.  "Bastet." She hushed me and turn back going to the path were there were no lights only darkness, it somehow redirect us back to a way from my room. A short passage way she used.
I don't know how to explain this to her.

"Now what ist you have been planning.. I noticed that you are quite in a shame whenever the crown prince is menstion and now... " I look up to her and like a mother eye ferious eyes were changed into a caring one. " I... I... want Cairo... I like him.. and now I saw him with... " just in a menstion of it, I remember it. How his hands was wrapped in her waits like a passionate person, who was that woman.

" So you mean you have grown loved for Cairo for many days he sneak in to this chamber? That you adored him and looked forward for his visit." My attention was peaked. " how.." I was furtive. " I know my dear, I know.. I promised your mother; Nieth to properly teach you and that to protect you." Her grave look and tone give me a bumps, almost like the idea that she is giving me that I cant be with someone who is like Cairo.

" ignore the feelings you have blossom for him Peony, you are not hiss concubine anymore after the ceremony, you are the goddess who will protect Egypt and to be praised by the Egyptian." Bastet stated with power.

Oh dear, my hopeless feelings towards him would wither out I should look forward to that. I grip my hand and nod to her, I must take her advance, and meet my mother, reunite with her again.

Months had passed and the ceremony was already announced, it was called by the people, ' Blessed Day', a new goddess that was about to rise into heaven's and protect Egypt and its people along with the New Phraoh which is very powerful omen to them. This makes me tense up as I was being prepared and tried out some colors and styles. Like the months passed I did not see Cairo ever again, well not see like never seen, but I see him out in a far, his always busy, going around the Palace with a heavy look in the face. I can't see him properly from up here but it is better that way, like Bastet said my heart for Cairo would stop beating and it did. I moved on and I was praised by other gods for my good talent in protecting Egypt with in mind to reunite and make my mother proud.

The evening I was already dressed, but before that I was bathed a multiple times with different kind of oils and perfumes, I was also visited Nile where people bowed down before me as I pass with the long dress that is rough and torauisr and also in a metallic side, and my arms and hair was decorated with flowers and accessories. I was there to pray for the Nile and blessed the river.

Then after I was back to the Palace and see the Phraoh and the Queen, they acknowledged me now as a proper goddess, but that was held in the morning, the real title came from Ra and the approval of Isis and the vertification of Neith my mother.
Finally I can finally see my mother, my mother that I have long for Many days, and months... that fuzzy feeling circulating inside it and the heartbeat along with it.

The night was to begin with crowning Cairo. I heard from the other servants that usually after the new Phraoh is being crowned and the complete ceremony was ended he will reveal his queen, now that give curiosity to my ears who might it be, but in the same time inside my mind somewhere that I will not even touch wanted that to be me, I wanted to stay with Cairo beside him and support him... but.. I have to close my eyes for that, I have been doing well now and I have to focus on protecting Egypt and the people.

" This way, goddess." The servant that once received me with an adoring eyes now bow there heads and kneel before me.
I drag on the long dress that followed me that is high in my body tightly with beautiful folds that give my body a beautiful silhouettes.

As I walk and the door open there I saw the Ra and Isis with a smile, Isis with her beautiful eyes looking at me with happiness and Ra's eyes that looks at me with oberservig nature but proudness. Everyone bowed including the king at the side but faced up. As I waltz into the hall the tense worsen, my eyes were everywhere and only see their head not their eyes but surely their ears were listening.

I kneel one leg and lower my head a little, with the hand on top of my head a warm glow Ra already announced me, Nepthys, the Goddess that brings life and wilds, the nature mother.

And that was the end of mine, the Phraoh now whom I bowed too is no other than Cairo. A man and chiseled face, tan and tall man, his body is well developed now and his entire face structure has matured. From the last time I saw him he was basically this and now he even matured as the time passed in a month.

"The goddess Nepthys, serve the Phraoh Cairo and Egypt. " a ceremony that a goddess bowed to the new Phraoh was a sign that the celestial people agreed of him becoming the ruler of Egypt.
His eyes meets mine and somehow a familiar feeling came to me, a feeling of love. A feeling of knowing.
