𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 || 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐫

𝒳𝐼𝐼

I sat down on the couch with Finn, he continued to talk and talk. He was too excited of the fact that Jaden was this so called Jxdn. But as Jaden had left the house that day, I didn't kiss him goodbye or give him a hug. I just let him leave.

"And he just came out in Downfalls High recently, it was honestly really cool. But he wasn't really the main character, so I was mainly focusing on Chase. Oh! Did you also know that has over one million views on his Angels and Demons music video and that-"

"Finn, I'm not going to date Jaden." I cut him off and he slowly turned his body to look at me. He put his iPad down and grabbed my hand.

"Stop joking (Y/n)."

"I'm not joking." I looked over to him and hugged him close to me, "I know you really liked him Finn, but he needs his time to figure out what he's really doing with his life and how he wants to live it."

He got out of my grasp and stood up, "NO!"

"What do you mean 'no'?"

"YOU CAN'T JUST LET HIM LEAVE!" Tears started to well up in his eyes and I hadn't seen him like this in a while. "YOU'RE JUST DOING THIS BECAUSE YOU'RE SCARED, YOU'RE SCARED OF COMMITMENT, AND OF JUST BEING ABLE TO LOVE SOMEONE WITH ALL YOUR HEART!"

"Oh shut up Finn!" His eyes widened as I rose my voice at him, this was new but I didn't really like it, "You don't even know what happened when we were upstairs and were talking. You idolize him now only because you found out he was a celebrity! But guess what Finn, celebrities fuck up too!"

Finn sat down, I sighed as I felt bad but he grasped onto his iPad and brought it to his chest while he looked at me, "What'd he do?"

"The whole time he was cheating on me Finn, with a girl back home-"

"I thought he lived in New York?"

I shook my head 'no' and he gripped onto his iPad more, "I'm sorry for yelling at you." He voice was low and his head was down. 

"Me too." I hugged him close again and felt my eyes water as I ruffled his hair, "I love you Finn, and I won't ever stop, I promise you." He nodded is head that was now leaning on my legs, as we sat in the living room in silence.

"Here you go." I rolled over the suitcase to him and he smiled at me. His greenish blueish eyes looked down at me as we stood in the front of the airport. Finn was crying as usual, and I was looking at him as he made me feel bad. I wasn't making Jaden leave New York, it was just his time to go back to LA.

"Stop crying bud, it's fine." Jaden hugged Finn as he was wiping his tears, "I'll FaceTime you everyday and then when your sister isn't answering my calls, I'll tell you to bother her until she answers." Finn laughed as he looked at Jaden and smiled. He nodded his head and then walked back over to my dad and Katie.

"You guys can go park, I'll walk him inside." Katie smiled at me as she pulled my dad with her and Finn got back into the car.

We started to walk together inside, he checked his bag in, and now it was time for him to go through the security clearance, basically my cue that I had to now say goodbye. We stood there looking at each other until Jaden hugged me close to him.

"I like this." I wrapped my arms around him and I knew he was smiling. "Me too." He said.

We stayed like that for a couple more minutes, and I didn't want to let go but I knew I had to. "Be safe Jaden."

"I will, and what about you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Are you going to stay safe? And make smart decisions?" I laughed as he held onto my hands.

"Yeah I will, Jaden?"

He smiled down at me and nodded, "Yeah, what's up?"

"Thanks for these past weeks, it was great."

He rubbed my cheek with his thumb as he placed his hands on my face, "You act like we'll never see each other again."

"Well it all depends on you, you already know what I want." I grabbed onto his shirt and made him lean down close to me, "I like you Jaden, I hope I can get an answer soon."

I connected our lips together as we both stood there with people around, but it didn't really matter because this would be the last one for a while. His hand gripped onto the back of my neck as he smiled into another kiss while I pulled away slowly, "You know I love you (Y/n/n), you already know."

He kissed my forehead and smiled, "I'll see you later. Don't forget me."

"I won't." He gave me one last hug and grabbed onto the strap of his carry-on.

"Bye." I said and he smiled, walking away and putting his stuff onto the plastic trays. He walked through the scanners, and walked away with another wave to me.

I waved back, and felt my eyes sting as I actually started crying. With him gone and me left to listen to the music we both liked alone, to go to the park by myself, and look at the ceiling as I lay on my bed still thinking about him.

I stood there for a couple more minutes, but then left as I didn't feel like making myself anymore miserable than I already was.
