"Why am i on every magazine?" I sighed as i flicked through the piles of celebrity and gossip magazines. "Welcome to the world of fame...dont get caught out." was all Bobbie said.

'Smith dates model.'

Several pictures of me were displaced over most two page spreaded articles. The doorbell rang through the halls of Bobbie's house. "He's here!" I squealed making my way to the door.

"Hey! This picture of you is pretty sexy." Bobbie remained in her front room, going through the magazines. It had been a week since i saw Jaden once he stayed in Ohio for work.

Drawing the lock of the door open, i flung myself into Jaden's arms.

"Jaden!" I breathed in his reassuring scent.

"Hey beautiful..." He held onto me too, his body warming me up. He pulled away and placed his lips on mine, completely taking me by surprise. He missed me as much as i missed him and i smiled at that. I drew back to take a look at him. He looked reasonably thinner and i raised my eyebrow at him.

"Have you been eating?"

"I wasnt that hungry."

"In other words, you didnt think the time was worth eating. You wanted to work instead."

"...well..." He looked around. He still looked unbelieveably attractive.

"I know you Jaden. If you didnt have to eat for like a week straight, you wouldnt care." I shut the door behind him and we made our way to Bobbie.

"You dont need to worry about me." He looked down at me.

"Yes i do... If it comes down to you not eating."

He looked away and shook his head. "You worry too much Nadine. Im fine... I promise."

"I'll let this one slide..."

And he chuckled.

"Diggy!" Bobbie laughed and hugged him.

"Hows it going?"

"...your girlfriend's been at my house like everyday this week since youve been gone." She shook her head at me jokingly.

"So you just gon' act like you didnt ASK me to come kick it?"

"Whatever." She went back to the magazines.

"What's all this?" Jaden scanned the items.

"Im in like every magazine."

"Youre reading gossip magazines?" He looked at me, bewildered.

"Whats wrong with them?"

"First of all, its slander. Second of all, if you get used to reading a magazine, you'll start reading hurtful things about yourself that isnt true." He explained. "Bobbie, what are you doing?"

"I didnt even know she was going to bring them over. I told her it wasnt a good idea."

"I dont want you reading this crap, okay?" Jaden held one up and i observed his face. It was only a week, but it felt like so much longer. He still had those small slanted eyes, the petite nose and those perfectly pink lips. His beauty spot exactly in the same spot on his cheek. The wrinkles on his forehead folded, as he raised his eyebrow, awaiting my answer.

"Alright."

"Thankyou..." He smiled. Bobbie glared over at me with an 'i told you so' Expression and my cheeks heated up in guilt. Jaden's phone rang, to which he answered a few seconds later.

"Yeah... Im back in L.A. Alright. Really? What happened? Um....i gotta check my files...maybe we'll be able to get in contact with them again. Maybe over dinner or something. Alright. I gotchu... Bye." And he ended the call.
