I just got off my teacher job and I was heading home to change my clothes for the warehouse. When I got home the house was super quiet. Mari was prolly sleep cuz I still see her car in the driveway. I headed upstairs and I seen Mari & Aaliyah both in the bed sleep. I went into the closet to grabbed me a t-shirt and some joggers. I walked outta the closet and started changing my clothes. While changing my pants I made noise from the dresser cuz I almost fell. Mari lifted her head up, we made eye contact and she laid her head back down. She didn't say nothing to me.

I finished putting on my work clothes and threw my other clothes in the dirty clothes basket. Mari got up and went to the bathroom. I walked in behind her to fix my hair in a bun. She finished using it, wiped herself and was finna leave out the bathroom until I grabbed her arm. She turned around and looked at me. I was waiting on her to say something but she didn't.

"So you not going to talk to me??" I asked fully facing her

"I tried talking to you. I only got dry responses and attitude soooo..." she said looking at me

"Come on little one..." I said trying to pull her to me but she went budge
"So you forreal acting like that..." I said to her

"I'm just give out the same energy I'm receiving..." she said snatching her arm away and walked downstairs

I followed her downstairs. She sat on the couch and I sat on the coffee table in front of her.
"Don't you got to do extra hours at the warehouse??" She asked looking at me

"Yeah..." I said

"So why are you in my face??" she asked making me look at her surprise

"You are being mean..." I said to her and she humped her shoulder

I can tell she was upset with me. I didn't mean to make her cry earlier, I just wasn't in the mood to talk. Her hormonal attitude and my attitude isn't a good mix. I sat there looking at her and she was looking at me.

"Whatever..." I said getting up from the coffee table and heading back upstairs

I grabbed all the things I needed and I headed back downstairs. She was in the kitchen fixing her some to drink. I walked in the kitchen and looked at her.

"Did you fix me some food??" I asked her

"Did you let me have a decent conversation with you??" She said sipping some of her drink looking at me
I didn't say nothing.
"Oh okay..." she said walking off

I shook my head, grabbed my things and headed out the door. I got in the car and headed to work. I arrived to work a couple minutes early so I sat in my car. When it was time I put on my gear, clocked in and started working. Today went by quick because before I knew it, it was time for our lunch break. I didn't have anything to eat. Amanda came out the warehouse eating a sandwich. She seen me and started walking toward me.

"Hey..." she says with a smile

"Wassup.." I said throwing my head up

"You don't have nun to eat??" She said looking at me

"Nah, Mari didn't fix me anything. She mad at me at the moment..." I said

"Well, do you want the other halve of
this??" She asked

"Sure..." I said then she passed me the other halve
"Thanks..." I said before biting into the sandwich

"So it's trouble in paradise, huh..." she said and I nodded my head
"Wanna talk about it??" She asked looking at me
