Today the next day and we were having family day at my mom's house. I really didn't wanna go but I knew Skye was going to be looking for me.

Currently I was in the bathroom getting ready. I heard somebody step into the bathroom, I looked in the mirror and it was Mari.

"You okay??" She asked hugging me from behind and looking at me through the mirror

"I guess..." I said fixing my pants

"What's wrong??" She asked turning me around

"I don't wanna go..." I said looking at her

"Why??" She asked

"Cuz I wanna stay here with you..." I said and she smiled

"Awww Papa..." she said pecking my lips
"Do you want me to go??" She asked and I nodded
"Okay I'll go. Let me go find something to put on..." she said leaving out the bathroom

I continued getting ready as she found her some clothes. After she put on her clothes, she fixed her hair and we headed out. Aaliyah had went to Juice and Jilly's house earlier. T and Aja went to a meeting for something. Juice let us use one of her cars while we are here.

"You want me to drive??" Mari asked as she locked up the house

"Yeah..." I said handing her the key

We got in the car, she started it and looked at me. I turned to look at her.

"You are going to be okay??" she asked

"I don't know..." I said truthfully

"No I'm telling you. Your going to be okay. Just relax and breath..." she said rubbing my face
"Okay..." she said

"Okay..." I said

"I love you..." she said

"I love you too..." I said

She leaned it and pecked my lips but I grabbed her face and pulled her back. I closed my eyes as our mouths moved in sync. We pulled away and just looked at each other.

"You ready??" She asked

"Yeah..." I said

She put the car in reverse and pulled out the driveway. It took us like 30 minutes to get there. When we got there it was hella cars here. We got out, Mari came on my side of the car and grabbed my hand. I got out the car and looked her.

"You okay??" She asked

"Yeah..." I said

She nodded and we started walking up to the house. Once we made it to the house every walked up to speak and hug me. I seen people I haven't seen since I was a kid. It was good to see everybody's face. After Mari and I spoke to everybody outside, we went into the house. I was greeted by aunties who were in the kitchen cooking.

"Hey Indi..." my favorite auntie (Jammie) said coming into the kitchen

"Hey TT..." I said hugging her and kissing her cheeks

"Who's this beautiful thang behind you??" She asked looking at Mari

I looked back,  Mari's face was bright red and she was smiling. She's been getting compliments from everybody. I'm glad everybody can agree with me and see how gorgeous she is.

"This is my girlfriend Amari but we call her Mari..." I said grabbing Mari's hand to bring her up

"Nice to meet you..." Mari said holding out her hand
