Indigo moved to the side, Skye and my eyes almost popped outta our heads. It was full of money.

"Where she get all this money from??" Indigo asked looking at us

"Y'all didn't know she worked with Grant??" I asked looking at them

"No..." they both said at the same time

"Indigo she introduced you to Dawn who worked for Grant. Then she took me away for Grant. Y'all never put two and two together??" I said looking at them

"Have you ever considered being a investigator??" Indigo asked looking at me

"What are you talking about??" I asked laughing

"You be figuring shit out. I don't know what the fuck be going on but you, you catch everything..." she said

"It don't be that hard..." I said

Indigo and Skye moved the safe and put it on the bed. Indigo started moving the money out to get to her insurance card. It was filled with money and all her personal stuff was at the bottom.

"Okay this is all the insurance stuff..." she said passing it to Skye

"What do we do with all this money??" Skye asked Indigo

"Split this shit up. If nobody ask we don't tell..." Indigo said and Skye nodded

"Go get y'all purses..." Indigo said

We went into the front room, grabbed our purses and she put her half in my purse and Skye's half in her purse. They both had $100,000 a piece.

"Alright take the insurance stuff to the front. So when Auntie come she can call the people and do what she need to do..." Indigo said and Skye nodded

They put the safe back where it was and we left out the room.

"You need a ride??" I asked Skye

"Yeah cuz I rode here with Cree..." she said

"Come on then..." Indigo said as we walked out the house

While getting the car and Cree pulled back up. Cree got out and walked to us.

"I thought you had to attend to business??" Skye said

"I did but I told them I needed to get back to you. They'll be alright..." she said looking at Skye

"Awww..." Skye said running to her and hugging her

"YALL ARE SOO CUTE!!" I yelled making Skye look at me and laugh

"Aye Cree let me talk to you..." Indigo said

"If you running her girlfriend off,!we gone fight and you not getting no mo pussy..." I said looking at her

"That's not fair..." she said

"Don't care..." I said before she went to Cree

Skye walked back to where I was.

"I hope she don't run her off..." Skye said

"Don't worry. She ain't..." I said
"When are you coming to visit Indigo and I??" I asked looking at her

"Once everything ova and I get some free time. I'll definitely be coming to visit..." she said and I nodded

"Once we get our shit together we supposed to be planning a trip. I'll let you know so you and Cree can clear y'all schedules..." I said

"We will be there cuz I need a get away..." she said

"Indigo do too. She's been going through a lot so I'm going to do that for her..." I said looking at her as her and Cree talk

"You really love her, don't it??" Skye asked looking at me

"I'm in love with her..." I said smiling

We talked for few minutes before Cree and Indigo walked to us.

"Did she try to run you off??" I asked Cree looking at Indigo

"Nah she didn't..." Cree said wrapping her arm around Skye

"Well we bout to go. Skye let me know what time the old folks meeting so I can be here..."Indigo said making all of laugh

We got in the cars, pulled out and went separate ways.

"You hungry??" I asked looking at her as I stopped at a red light

"Yeah..." she said typing away on her phone

I picked up my phone and FaceTimed Liyah. She answered.

"Yellow..." she said smiling in the camera

"You hungry ugly??" I asked smiling at her

"Yes, we're hungry ..." T said getting in the camera smiling

"I'm sorry, I'm on the way to feed my kids..." I said making T, Liyah and Aja laugh

"Where you at??" Liyah asked

"Almost there..." I said

"Okay..." she said before we hung up

I heard Indigo let out a deep sigh. I turned and looked at her.

"Everything's alright??" I asked her

"Yeah..." she said

"You sure??" I asked placing my hand on her thigh and started caressing it

"Yes Little One, I'm fine..." she said grabbing my hand and kissing the back of it before placing it back on her thigh

Once we go to the house, Indigo took my purse and went upstairs while I headed to the kitchen and cook. I washed my hands and started cooking. Liyah and Aja kept me company while I was in the kitchen.

"Have they figured out when the funeral was going to be??" Aja asked

"Well they just finding the insurance papers so most likely it'll be this weekend. Saturday maybe..." I said putting the ground beef the skillet
"The family is meeting later to discuss what they're going to do..." I said and she nodded

"How's Indigo holding up??" Liyah ask

"She's fine for the most part but I do catch her zoning out. But overall she's doing good..." I said
"Where's T??" I asked

"Gone upstairs with Indigo..." Aja said and I nodded

"What you cooking??" Aja asked

"Tacos..." I said

"Oouuu I haven't had tacos in a while..." Aja said rubbing her belly which made me laugh

We talking for lil while before Indigo and T came downstairs to join.

"Smells good Mari..." T said

"Thanks..." I said smiling
"I'm almost done..." I said

They continued talking and about 5 minutes I was done. Everybody fixed their plates,
started eating and talking about some of the randomness shit. Once we were done, Aja cleaned and I went upstairs. Once I got upstairs I fell on the bed and laid on my stomach. I heard Indigo come in and closed the door. I turned over, she slid off her shirt and she laid down between my legs with her head in my neck. I started rubbing her back as we just sat their enjoying each other's touch.

"When I come back from my mama's house later, do you wanna take a bubble bath with me??" She asked lifting her head up looking at me

"Yeah I'll take a bubble bath with you..." I said smiling at her
