*One Month Later*
Jaemin and I fly out to Fujian, China in southeastern China. It is just 196 miles from Taiwan. Fuijan is a province in China but Kun decided to have the wedding in Fuzhou. In Cantonese, Fuzhou, Fujian, China is written like this: 中國福建福州. In simplified Chinese, it is written like this: 中国福建福州. Chinese is really a difficult language, but Lucas so kindly started teaching me Cantonese. After learning; German, Korean, and a little bit of Japanese, my brain can't take much more, but Lucas is very patient with me while he is teaching me.

Now, once arriving in Fuzhou, Fujian, Jaemin and I go to the venue of the wedding. When I saw Kun dresses in his traditional Chinese wedding outfit, I couldn't believe it. His outfit is very, very red. It really makes him stand out. I had asked Renjun what I should wear to a traditional Chinese wedding, and he gave me a few outfit ideas. After taking note of what outfits I should wear, I eventually chose a cute pastel pink dress, as I heard it is a good color to wear to a Chinese wedding. I also wore a dress that is modest, as it would be inappropriate to expose my chest, thighs, or shoulders. The one about the shoulders was odd to me, but anything to be respectful to Kun and Hualing, I will do what has to be done.

Once the wedding begins, all the guests are seated at a table, and the ceremony begins. Now, I don't know much about Chinese weddings, so today, I'll learn. After the ceremony has ended, Kun and Hualing go around each of the tables, serving up shots of baijiu(白駒). Since I don't drink, I sneak my shot of baijiu to water. Jaemin takes his shot like a man, and honestly, he looks hot when he takes shots like that. Maybe it's the way his Addams apple moves when he swallows, or I don't know. He just looks hot, haha.

The next thing we must do that is part of the ceremony and even afterwards is to give gifts to the married couple. In Korea, they have a similar thing where you give the married couple an envelope of cash. Finally, when the guests start leaving the wedding, each guest is given a wedding favor. It usually contains chocolates, candies, or wallet-sized photos of Kun and Hualing. It's like a photo card sized photo, and it is the cutest thing ever. That is all there is to it for a Chinese wedding. Of course, there is a lot of preparation involved and the pre wedding activities, but other than those things, that is all. Jaemin and I had the most fun attending Kun and Hualing's wedding. Now, Hualing has become Misses Qian Hualing(錢華寧). It is hard to get used to a new surname, but after a while, a person gets used to it and using it on official documents and the likes.

Since Jaemin may have had too many shots of that baijiu, I have to drag him into a taxi and have the taxi drop us off at our hotel. Once we've arrived at the hotel, I then have to drag him to the elevator, then the rest of the way to our room. Jaemin is extra chaotic when he's drunk, but it's kinda cute. I don't drink myself, so it's fun watching people make idiots of themselves when they do get drunk. Well, anyways once we've finally gotten to our hotel room, I have Jaemin lay face down in the bed in case he throws up or something. That way, he doesn't drown himself if he were to throw up. Getting Jaemin to stay in one place was an ordeal and a half. It was so hard, but he eventually came down from his buzz and just passed out. I change out of my dress into some more comfortable clothes while Jaemin is recovering.

I come out of the bathroom after changing and sit next to Jaemin as he's napping. He wakes up slightly to move his head onto my thigh.
"I love you a lot." Jaemin said.
"I love you too, Minnie." I said.
"I can't wait to see our baby." Jaemin said.
"Yeah, things are gonna change a lot when we become parents." I said.
"I'm ready." Jaemin said.
"I'm sure you are." I said, rubbing his fluffy, slightly stiff, hair. The hair spray he put in it is starting to wear out.
"It's gonna be fun." Jaemin said.
"It will until you have to go back to work." I said.
"As an idol, I get 1 full year, including the pregnancy, 9 months, and the remaining 3 months to support you and the baby." Jaemin explained.
"Oh, wow. It's rare for an idol to take a hiatus for a whole year." I said.
"It's not as much as you may think." Jaemin said.
"Alright." I said.
Looks like Jaemin sobered up pretty quick. He is back to speaking full sentences without stuttering and slurring his words. That alcohol processed fast through his body, dang. I would probably be a mess if I were to get drunk.

Now with the ceremony finished for Kun and Hualing, they will enjoy their honeymoon, while the rest of the guests return home. Jaemin and I hopped on a plane back to Seoul. Jaemin's paternity leaves as soon as the baby is born, so we'll just have to wait until March 9, 2025. That is my predicted due date. From June 9th, when I got pregnant up to 9 months later. Of course, there is always a moment where the baby could come too early or a tad bit late, but the due date is almost always accurate. I trusted the doctors when they told me my due date. Unless they are completely wrong and my baby ends up being born premature like me. That is always a possibility.
