A/N - Sorry for the lack of updates, I have been struggling to find much motivation to write and to be honest wasn't sure where to go with this chapter for a week or two. Lockdown 3 is really impacting my productivity and I wish I could tell you the next update will be soon, but I can't. I hope you enjoy this chapter and know, more is coming I just don't know how quickly, but it will hopefully not be more than a month.

"Okay, food has been ordered and Lara is napping. Is there anything I can help you with?" Kara kissed the top of Lena's head as she typed on her laptop, furiously replying to numerous emails.
Lena shook her head. "Unfortunately, no. I have to go through everything Sam has sent me about L-Corp's last year and it is going to take a while, but don't worry I will stop for food." She grinned at Kara who had already started to open her mouth to protest but switched it to a grin.
Her phone rang, halting the reply on her tongue for a quick kiss on the cheek instead. "I'll show you how to speed read tomorrow, then you can get this done in no time." Stepping out of the room, she couldn't help but laugh at the complaint that followed her.
"I'd have preferred it to the training session at the DEO."
Closing the office door on her wife's grumbling, Kara answered her phone without looking at the ID. "Hello?"
"Hey." Alex pressed from the other end of the phone.
Kara stopped in the main living room, frowning as she looked out over National City. "Why do you sound like me when I'm caught attempting to cook?"
Her sister sighed. "Because I have to tell you something, something I know you aren't going to like but I want you to know, if I could refuse it on your behalf, I would have already." Staying silent, she waited, knowing Alex would talk herself into whatever she had called for in her own time. "Firstly, I want you to understand that this is coming from up high. Highest of high."
Kara tilted her head. "You aren't filling me with confidence Alex."
Another sigh. Whatever this was, Alex really didn't like it. "We've been given orders to ask you to increase your social media presence. Something to do with humanising you so that people relate to you when you decide to fully return to the lives you and Lena left."
Kara's frown deepened at the mention of Lena. "So, this is about the two of us? Not just me?"
Alex paused for a few minutes. "The request was just for you, but I can't help to agree that Lena being humanised would help later."
Groaning, Kara knew she was right, but it wasn't something she wanted to think about. They were a long way off telling people that Lena had powers, but already she knew people wouldn't be happy. No matter what Lena did, some just couldn't see past her connection to Lex.
The city bustled below with people going about their lives, each of them dealing with their own struggles or basking in their successes, it was a sight she had missed on Argo, even if the concept was the same. Something about National City just made her more wistful about the lives of the people around her, the people she protected.
"Fine, but I can't promise anything from Lena. L-Corp has been trying to get her to increase her social media presence for years and it hasn't happened yet." There was a relieved sigh on the other end. "Now I had better go and try to remember how social media works if I have to start using it again."
Alex laughed and they said their goodbyes. Just as she ended the call, Lena came out of the office. "Who was that on the phone?"
"Alex, she has been 'asked' to get me to increase my social media presence, which means she's getting pressure from the President who wants to either score points for his next election as the man that made our return possible." Kara wrapped her arms around Lena's shoulders, pulling her into a hug that had arms wrapping around her own waist tightly.
Lena nodded against her chest, the movement making hairs tickle her chin. "And Alex thinks it would be good for me to be humanised to the public before revealing that I have powers." She didn't wait for an answer, knowing she was right. "It is a good plan. One I am going to have to agree with after everything that happened with Lex. Even after years and helping you save humanity several times I was still thought of as a Luthor that could turn evil. I don't want that to happen again, especially not when we're mixing powers into the mix."
Tightening her arms around Lena, Kara kissed her head. "I don't like that people still can't see you for the amazing person you are."
"Not everyone is you Darling, and I wouldn't want them to be. There is only allowed to be one Kara Zor-El Danvers-Luthor."
They stood there for a while, simply enjoying being with each other and hugging each other before security was calling up to tell them their food had arrived. Too slowly for the couple, the delivery man made his way up to the penthouse with the mountain of food fit for a family of five, accompanied by a security guard in the elevator. After last time, they weren't taking any chances.
As soon as they had the food, Lena started pulling out boxes and laying them out on the dining room table, quickly having decided the coffee table would not be big enough. "I am going to need a bigger coffee table if we want to eat in front of the TV." Mumbling, she hadn't noticed Kara wasn't instantly grabbing the first of her dishes, instead she was messing with her phone. "Get me in that and you will be on the couch tonight."
Kara laughed as she held the phone up, crinkle showing as she waited to see if she had done everything right. The camera turned on facing her, with a little 'LIVE' sign in the top corner. "Okay, I think I've done this right and on purpose this time. This isn't going to be long, I am simply here to show you all the food we have had delivered whilst for the afternoon." She looked at Lena who was still stood by the table. "Babe, I am about to switch the camera, or at least that is what I hope is going to happen, so if you really don't want to be seen you might want to move."
Knowing she wouldn't do it before she moved, Lena still glared at Kara for a moment before moving to her side just out of shot. As soon as Kara knew Lena wouldn't be in frame, she turned the camera around to face the table spread out with so much food it almost looked like a banquet. "As you can see, it takes a lot to feed me but if I'm being honest, I would forever eat potstickers and pizza but someone," She looked over at Lena pointed. "says that isn't a balanced, healthy diet."
Lena sounded off camera. "It isn't and you lived without them for a year. You've proved you can live without them."
Kara switched the camera back to face her, hand over her heart as she gaped at Lena still off screen. "Why would you say such a thing? You know how much I missed pizza and potstickers, suggesting I go even longer without them is grounds for a divorce."
Lena laughed as she sat down at the table. "You're out of luck since Krypton doesn't have divorce, so you are stuck with me." She grinned up at Kara, who switched from shock to alert in less than a second.
"Do. Not. Touch. The. Potstickers." The live stream stopped, Kara having stopped as she rushed to the table, hand on Lena's wrist before it could pick up a potsticker.
Lena laughed, a grin lighting up her entire face. "Glad you could join me. Now will you pass me the Vegetable noodles please?"
Passing it across, Kara picked up a potsticker and bit into it. "Oh Rao! I have missed these!"
