Lena woke up to a chill, the duvet was gone. Rolling over onto her back, she stared up at Kara with a laugh. Sleep flying several feet above the bed, Kara was wrapped in the duvet like a burrito. She didn't stir as Lena looked up at her, the blonde completely oblivious to her current position and Lena grinned.

Grabbing her phone from her bedside table, Lena snapped a picture of Kara floating above the bed and hesitated. Her finger hovered over the app, unsure. She rarely used it and hadn't since long before she left with Kara for Argo City, honestly, she wouldn't be surprised if it had been deactivated with how little she used it.

Deciding to at least look at her social media, Lena opened Instagram to find she had gained a few million followers since she last looked. It wasn't something she was overly concerned with, but the new number at the top of her screen was surprising. With a last glance at Kara who had yet to stir from her place in the air, Lena added her most recent picture to a post and typed her caption before she lost her nerve.

It wasn't her usual scarce post about L-Corp or a charity, it was the first personal post and as soon as Instagram loaded the post, she closed the app and turned off put her phone away. She knew why she was posting, she had heard Kara's phone call, but that didn't mean she was overly comfortable with it yet. If she was honest with herself, she was mostly convinced the comments would be a constant stream of 'I HATE LENA LUTHOR' in one form or another.

Not wanting to lie in bed anymore, her nervous energy demanded she get up and walk around. Which is exactly how she found herself in Lara's nursery, her little green eyes staring back at her as she reached up with a squeal. Scooping her up, Lena picked up a small stuffed monkey they had gotten with everything else and walked into the lounge.

It was still early, the sun barely peeking through the buildings, even at this height. Curling up on the couch with Lara in her arms, Lena watched the sun rise, the golden light creeped into the room. She wasn't sure how long she was sat there, Lara having fallen back to sleep at some point as she watched the sun rise over National City, but the soft padding of feet heading their way made her look for Kara behind her.

"Hey sleepy head."

Kara grumbled. "Your phone kept buzzing." She held out Lena's phone for her to take as she held back a yawn. Indeed, her phone was buzzing, she obviously had forgotten to turn it completely silent when she put it down.

"Sorry, I thought I had turned that off." Silencing it completely, Lena threw it onto the other couch as Kara kissed the top of her head and moved to sit opposite her.

The moment Kara was in the sunlight, she sighed. Lena chuckled as Kara sunk into the other end of the couch completely relaxed in the morning sunlight. "Is there a problem at L-Corp?"

Lena tilted her head. "What?"

Kara stretched, her foot hitting Lena's leg a little when she did. "Your phone only ever went that crazy if there was a problem at L-Corp." Dropping back into the couch, Kara curled up to mirror Lena on the couch.

"Oh, no. No emergency." She looked down at Lara, the little girl deep asleep in her Mother's arms. "I posted on Instagram."

There was a pause. "Who are you and what have you done with Lena?"

A grin broke out on Lena's face, Kara's instantly mirroring it. "I heard your conversation with Alex and figured that if posting a few pictures means that people are less likely to send bombs to our home, then I could do it."
