A/N - And I am back! Sorry for the lack of updates, I was writing overtime to catch up on a personal project and accidentally let my other one's fall to the side after helping my brother decorate his house. I am now caught up and ready to get back to all my projects equally. I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Walking into the DEO without getting spotted was harder than Kara thought possible. People seeing Lena's car was unavoidable and the DEO couldn't have placed themselves in a worse place for secrecy. Seriously, who puts a top-secret Government agency in the middle of a major city?
Kara had to leave Lena and Lara in the car while she donned her Supergirl suit and started flying around the city, hoping and succeeding in grabbing everyone's attention. By the time she was done and landing on the balcony at the DEO, Lena and Lara were already in one of the training rooms with Alex.
Lena had gotten changed and was dressed in one the DEO's spare training tops and leggings - something that seemed a little confusing since they were meant to be a secret government agency. Thankfully, Lara was in Alex's arms and not in her carrier, just in case they needed to move her quickly.
"About time you showed up, I was about to start her training myself," Alex said, bouncing a laughing Lara in her arms. "something I know none of us wants to happen."
Kara laughed. "Yeah, keep your hands away from the emitters while you have my daughter in your arms." It was mostly a joke, but they didn't want anything to happen to Lara because of early exposure to kryptonite.
"I promise not to go anywhere near them. I wouldn't want to harm this little ray of sunshine." Her voice started going high-pitched as she started talking to Lara instead of Kara, making the blonde look at her with fake shock.
Turning to face Lena, Kara made sure her cape swished with the speed, Alex knowing that meant she wasn't happy but not caring as she became enraptured by the baby in her arms. "Let's get to training shall we?"
"I've been waiting for half an hour, so whenever you're ready." Lena smiled, walking closer and into the middle of the room.
Kara stepped closer to her wife, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek with her super-speed before moving away just as quickly. The look of pure shock on Lena's face made her want to laugh, but she stopped herself and relented with a simple grin instead.
"You have the same reflexes as me now, you should have seen that coming," Kara said, moving just as quickly to stand behind her as she did. "Our reactions are quicker than humans now and as such, being able to control them is crucial."
Turning on her heels to see Kara, Lena raised both her eyebrows. "Exactly how was anything you just did control? I barely saw you move."
Kara laughed, Lara following the sound with one of her own. "Everything I just did was controlled. You could almost see me move, which since you haven't really tried using your speed is impressive, but I could have moved quicker. Also, you were able to understand me as I moved, which meant I had to slow my speech while the rest of my body and mind worked a lot faster."
Lena's jaw dropped. "Okay, this is much more complicated than I thought it would be."
Arms wrapped around her waist as Kara's chin rested on her shoulder. "You'll get in no time." She placed a quick kiss to her neck. "Now, what I want you to try and do is super-speed over to that wall, stop before you hit it and tell me your full name slow enough for Alex to understand as the only human in this room."
That caught her attention. Alex's head shot up from smiling at Lara to voice her protest to that honest comment. "Hey! I beat you the first time we fought."
