Brandon's perspective

"WHERE IS SHE?!" I slam 'Max' against the wall. The guy who called Kyrah blick not too long ago. I've been meaning to find him.

"HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?!" He shouts in response, looking nervously between me and Rakai. Rakai's face spreads into a smile. The white gold caps on his bottom incisors glisten as he does so.

Time to turn it up.

Rakai holds him still while I slide my ram out. I inspect it briefly, my eyes lighting up like a mad man. Mmm, metal. Been a minute since someone got me mad like this. Lol, Kash don't know what he's unleashed. I suddenly press the blade against Max's neck. He breathes in and out heavily.

I let it dig into his skin until small droplets of blood form. He breathes heavily, lifting his head up and pressing his body against the wall as if it could pull him away.

"Still think we're fucking about?" I ask.

He starts full on crying.

"Ay shut up fam!" Rakai says, kissing his teeth.

"Pussio, where's the energy you had when you was on my girl? I'm dark skin too, what you telling man?"

He doesn't say anything.

I spit in his face. "Pussio."

He tries to lift his hand up to wipe his face but is quickly stopped by Rakai. He continues sobbing. I couldn't give a fuck though.

"Shut the fuck up! Tell me where Kyrah is now. We don't have time for your bullshit." I say.

"I-I dunno fam! ...I-I swear!"

"Don't fuck with me! You know something."

He pauses for a moment, sniffing and looking up like he's contemplating.

"L-look... the twins told me that Kyrah set their brother up, he's in jail... Apparently she's some hoe that goes round by the name Kacey and she gets paid to set man up.... Some guy told them bout her and they made a plan... They-they just wanted to fuck her up... but he wanted to kill her. They tried to back out but he wouldn't let them... I-I only found out coz I deeped they always got bruises when they come into school. Alexis ended up telling me but made me promise not to say anything. She wouldn't even tell me who he was."

Rakai kisses his teeth and looks at me. We exchange a knowing expression.

"We already know who he is." I say, keeping my gaze fixed on Rakai. Kash. "And Kacey is Felicia."

"Huh?" Max asks.

"How you know?" Rakai asks, referring to Felicia.

"I heard Patch say it that time at the yard." I look at Max, "That everything they told you?"

He nods, well, shakes his head slightly. I'm still holding a blade to his neck. "That's everything before they got arrested. Ain't seen them since they got released."
