Epilogue

One month later at the major international Airport in Brightton city, many people stood around waiting for their plane to either land or begin boarding. It was not incredibly busy for an international airport of its size however it made some sense considering everything that's happened recently.

"The investigation to the indecent that occurred in the southern area over a month ago has concluded. The kidnapping and firebombing at Southern High the cause and who was responsible has been determined however no one has been arrested, despite the incident causing the injury/kidnapping of one student, and the death of another.

"Also the simulations incident that occurred in a lab in the Southern area of Brightton City its had been confirmed that the kidnapped scientist has died however what occurred is unknown and the investigation is left open." the man on the TV stated.

'Of course, it is it will never be closed.'

"In additional new today, there is a number of 'retirements' in the Brightton city police department. The chief of station 3 Icarus Altshuler has announced retirement, along with the high classed detective Stanly Klipp. His typical partner only known as Red eye's a PI detective that worked with station 3 quite often has also disappeared. The next head of the station will be Kain Free and detective with some fairly impressive cases under his belt."

"What I want to ask with 3 top investigators in the city gone what does this mean for our city? Who will catch top rate criminals now?" The lady on the TV exclaimed.

"I don't know but it could very well be a good thing." the man told her. The people then get into an argument.

A slightly tall black-haired woman who was watching the news like most of the others looked down at her phone as she sat in the chair. She smiled slightly looking at her phone letting out a slight chuckle. She typed in a replied smiling the entire time she typed it. She crossed her arms as she looked over at the gate departure information. She then got a call.

"Hello? ... Yes. Is that so. Well, I have no issue with it if he wants to join he can join. Hmmm. I see, well start his training then I trust you to do well. Mmm? Yes, I'll see you at HQ in a few months." She replied in a light voice that causes one or two people to look over at the women and a few people looked at her for a comment longer in admiration.

"Were you waiting long?" A man asked walking over to the woman he had similar dark hair. But the women gave a slight twitching smile.

"Wh-what are you doing here."

"Nothing much."

"Sigh... it doesn't matter. I guess I'm stuck with you for a bit."

"Quite so."

"We are now beginning to board Gate 6D. Flight to Paris, France. Now Boarding."

"Whelp guess it's time to board. I'm guessing you somehow managed to get the seat next to me." He just smiled and the women sighed in reply. "Let's just board then. Come on let's go."

The pair walked together to the gate boarding the plane quickly since they had first-class seats next to each other. She looked outside the window with a solemn expression as every passenger and baggage was loaded. As the engines began to power us she closed her eyes. 'Good-bye, Brightton city, Canlonen... and any chance to avoid my fate. It's time to leave and do what I need to do.'

'I will find the others that were affected by the elixir, along with finding those of the families. It's time to stop running from the truth of what happened and ignoring what I must do no matter the cost. I'll save Nox and Roy as well. I may not return to Canlonen for a long time.' She thought clenching her fist.

The plane began to make its way down towards the runway. She looked over at the man next to her biting her lip slightly. He placed his hand on hers. "Everything will work out. I promise. I'll make sure of it." He told me in a low tone.

"Same to you."

The plane then got on the runway increased engine power before starting its takeoff roll. Feeling the full force of the engine as they took off into the air. She looked out the window as the city got smaller and smaller below till they completely left Brightton city and eventually Canlonen as well.

It was the end of the mercenary called the Assassins and the beginning of Ryna. Ryna the one that would deal with the issue of the elixir, find those of the half-beast families, fight the Marione, and meet the new dark organization Delta. Each of which has darker implications for the world as a whole. That's not even talking about the issues between Fang and Vysdite. But all of that we'll get into at a later date.

The end of one brought forth the beginning another one more powerful and dangerous. This is the true beginning of the story for the assassin mercenary Ryna.
