Chapter 34

They entered Fiona's office and found that three people were inside Night and I pulled out our weapons. "Please remain calm they do not mean harm I actually called them here as it is apart of my request." Fiona said as she walked out it was a woman with white-blonde hair and amber eyes that had snake-like pupils that slightly reminded me of Katia. Something told me this person though looking familiar was not or really no longer human. However, the other two were different they were human well closer to human than Fiona.

'Though she looks familiar. My senses tell me they are not human at all something else, the body was once human though. The other two are different. Does this have something to do with the last experiment that she didn't want to talk about?' I wondered looking at the 3 in front of us. "Tell us what is the reason that you brought them here then?" I said a clear tone of displeasure in my voice.

"I want you to take these two out of the base and join the Yano. They will be great assets. I can't let them stay here as the longer they are here the more dangerous it is. The leader might perform the experiment on them. Not to mention that he is extremely dangerous."

"So you want to take them with use for their own safety? You know the Yano is not entirely that much better we are still one of the top mercenary groups they will be forced into danger."

"That may be the case but the Yano is the only group that can stand up against the Marione."

"Fine what are their name then I'll have them go through the clearing process."

"This one is a new recruit that they kidnapped his name is Alton. This one is an agent called Loki. The 3 of us have been working against the Marione for the most part for different reasons."

I looked over at the man in dark blue with a wolf mask with white blue 'hair' making it hard to tell who was under the mask. Honestly similar to my get up it seemed. But even despite the get up I knew who the person under the mask. It was something I learned by chance. I couldn't help but look over at them but I kept my mouth shut.

"Fiona though I'm pleased for you using such a chance to help me out. I can't leave yet. There is a fair number of things I need to hear first before I'll leave."

"I understand. What about you Alton?"

"I want to get out of this place. They killed my family... my town before forcefully dragging me here. I want to destroy this place well for all they've done. So I'll go with them and join the Yano."

Fiona walked over to me and handed me a few different things. I looked at Fiona I was curious though I had a feeling as to why. "Why don't you leave? You don't like it here if you are willing to aid your group's biggest enemy. I want to hear the reason cause I'm sure there is some reason similar to Loki's."I said not holding any punches.

"I heard about an experiment that they performed one people that prevents people from leaving as the Marione is keeping them alive." Vincent groaned as he woke up, lifting his head. I turned and looked at him.

"An experiment... I see."

Vincent looked at those here before freezing. "Oh god... I... I didn't expect they succeeded in that forbidden experiment." Vincent muttered shaking slightly.

"What are you talking about?"

"There is the second part of that experiment I know about. But Roxanne.... That's your mother."

"WHAT?!"

"I'm sure of it. Though slightly different, that is your mother. I've known your parents for years, met you and your brother when you were younger." Vincent muttered looking over at me I clenched my fist.
