Back home. finally a break from the busy month I've had. I just got back from a month of touring North America with my favourite Australian boys. although I love all 4 of them, it got pretty stressful having to deal with them 24/7. I was basically like another tour manager. they were all crazed off of alcohol almost every night before shows, then refused to go to bed before 3 am -making them tired the next morning- dealing with signings and meet and greets every once and a while, making sure they're all happy and healthy (and eating at least 3 times a day), giving them a juice for their voices twice a week. the only time I got to chill was when they were either showering or doing signings. I couldn't get peace while they were on stage either. they were always pointing at me or talking about stuff that happened backstage. Ashton drank beer out of his boot. it was all very chaotic. but I'm home now. as much as I loved touring with them, I need to get back to real life. also by back home, I mean at a cottage that Kylee and I rented for the week. Andrew is working and Justin is back home so it's just us. we rented it from my friend Jessica and there just so happens to be a barn with two horses inside with our names on them. the ¨cottage¨ is on her family's farm. but she and her boyfriend are the only ones home since her parents are on vacation.

Kylee walked out of the house and sat beside me on the back porch and sighed. "yes dumbass?" "listen here bitch-" we both looked at each other and started laughing. "anyways what's up?" "I'm bored" "theres two horses over there... we could go ride them" "you think I want to fall off of it?" "I highly doubt you'll fall off, it's not that hard to ride them" I got up and walked over to the barn where the horses are. I pulled the harness off of the pole and put it on one of their heads then walked over and pulled the -extremely heavy- saddle off of the wall and lifted it onto the horse's back. I made sure it was secure and did the same on the other horse. I walked back over to the first one. "okay. this is Bentley, and that over there is Lily"she looked over and nodded. "ill be using Bentley since he isn't as calm as Lily is. now, to get on you put your left foot into this little triangle and hold onto the part of the saddle that lowkey looks like something..." she covered her mouth and laughed. "and swing your leg over and sit" she did so and sighed "this shit is scary" "I mean it kind of is when you have no idea how to do this but it's not like we're making them run and jump over things" "true" I kicked the gate over and lead him out of the barn, Kylee following me. she stopped beside me. "!" "where to?" "not sure.. where should we go Bentley?"he looked over to the field that was on the right (beside Kylee) and I nodded. "looks like we're going there" "how do I... control this?" I went ahead of her "use your foot and lightly kick forward" she did so. "OHHH, wait this is so cool!" I laughed and we wandered out into the field. we eventually stopped at a pond I hopped off of Bentley and walked in front of him. he leaned down and looked at me. I looked up and squinted at the sun he moved his head and shielded my face. Kylee walked over to me and looked around us. "I see why lots of people choose to live here instead of the city, its so relaxing and pretty" "oh yeah I know. once Andrew and I get married we're moving out here and getting a couple of these. it's too pretty not to" she smiled and nodded, also squinting at the sun. "my phone has been sitting in my bra this entire time and it hasn't fallen out yet." I laughed and asked her to hand it to me, to which she did and I put it in my bag. "I'm putting it in my bag because you're accident prone." she laughed and got back on Lily. "Where should we go from here?" "Dunno. Wherever they take us" I got back on Bentley and put my bag back on my back. "We could always go to that one spot" "the spot..." "with the rope" "OH, that one" she nodded and Bentley lead us to the path that goes there. I let go of the reins and took out my clip to fix my hair. "How the fuck are you not hanging on?" "Because I have full trust in him that he won't tip us over and hurt me" "okay but how?" I shrugged "you kind of just have to put full trust in them. Trusting them is a large chunk of this." "Ah" I put half of my hair back up in the clip and grabbed the reins again. He lead me to the very familiar hill that will probably give Kylee a heart attack when she sees it. "Excuseeee me?" I closed my eyes and smiled. "Yeah?" "You expect me to go down this?" Bentley lead me down it carefully. Kylee still at the top of the hill. "You're gonna need to do this to gain her trust Ky!" "Fuck you" I gave her the finger behind me and eventually pulled the rein to stop him at the bottom of the hill. "C'mon" she gave me the finger and kicked her foot lightly, telling Lily to go forward. They carefully made their way down here and stopped beside Bentley and I. "That was horrible." "You're lucky there's another way up." "Are you telling me that there was an easier way down?" "No. It's just easier to go up for them." She sighed. "Wait were here-" "yep" I hopped off him and grabbed the rope from on the saddle and tied him and Lily to the tree near grass. Kylee hopped off and followed me to the water underneath a willow tree. "This place is so pretty" "I know. There really isn't many places like this in California anymore. I'm lucky Jessica's parents own this or else this probably wouldn't be here." She smiled. "I just realized that I'm still wearing my baiting suit from earlier" "I am unfortunately not" "I wasn't going to swim anyways." She nodded and got her phone out of the bag. I took my pants and shirt off. Setting them on the bag. I walked over to the rope and stopped in front of it. "You know your still wearing shorts right?" "They're lace." "Still" I smiled and took my hair out, tossing my clip at the bag beside her. I climbed on the rope and swung into the water. Once I surfaced Kylee started laughing. "How do you look so good doing that? I'd probably fall on my ass halfway" "I used to do this camping with Justin and the other two when we used to go camping with our grandparents." She nodded. "Miss him don't you?" "I always miss him." "I mean he isn't working right now. I could always book him a flight here and text him to coordinates to the house?" "Please do." I walked over to her and dried my hands with my shirt then dropped it and opened my delta app. I booked him a flight for an hour and texted him. He replied with "mkay. She miss me?" I turned my phone to her and she smiled "duh". I opened my camera and sent him a selfie of us then closed my phone. "Won't it be weird that it's just us and you?" "Already texted Andrew" "you texted him before Justin?" "Trust me I knew that you'd be missing him and that this would happen." "Oh course. Also check iMessage" "okay?" I opened out conversation and saw she sent me two photos.
