I'm currently sitting on the couch at Shane and Ryland's on my laptop answering emails that Shane forwarded to me earlier today. Y/n said she was coming over a few minutes ago and I'm waiting for a text saying she's here, when I hear Honey and Uno parking. Cheeto is beside me. I hear talking in the kitchen but I keep looking at my laptop. I feel Cheeto being lifted away from me and I immediately lookup. Only to see y/n beside me with Cheeto in her arms. She sets Cheeto down and sits beside me. I set my laptop down on the other side of me and stand up and lift her in the process into a hug. "I missed you." "I missed you more baby. I'm sorry I haven't been home often. I've been busy." "Don't apologize. It's your job bub". We were interrupted by my phone going off from a notification. I sit her and I down on the couch and open my phone.
