His parents come to LA pt 3 - 39

*Andrew's pov*
It was the next morning after y/n and I having sex (that was blunt 😂) and I woke up to see her facing the other way with her shirt off underneath the blankets. I look over and see the shirt that she was wearing on the dresser folded I got up and went into the closet to grab sweats since I was literally wearing almost nothing but my underwear and put them on, then walked over to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I look over after using mouthwash and wiping my face with a towel to look at y/n sleeping. She moves over to my side in her sleep, something that normally happens with her if I'm not in bed anymore, and I look over and realize that the coffee from yesterday is still in my room, I go over and grab both of the cups and bring them to the kitchen. My apartment is now empty, since it's only y/n and I here, I hear a groan coming from my room and I walk back over after rinsing the cups out to see y/n back on my side of the bed after switching back to hers for a few minutes, dead asleep again. I decide to be nice and go grab us coffee from Starbucks, I go back into my bedroom and grab a sweater and my hat then go and get my shoes on and grab my keys then leave. I get in my car and start driving to Starbucks, only to realize that I forgot my phone at home, like a dumbass, but an literally now almost pulling into the drive thru at Starbucks so I decided it's not worth it to go back and get it. I pull up to the speaker and order. (Venti iced caramel macchiato with white mocha and 2% milk for me and a venti iced vanilla macchiato with white mocha and soy milk for y/n) and say my name so they can write it on the cup. I pull up to the window and pay then grab the drinks and pull out of the drive thru and drive home. As I'm unlocking my door I hear my phone go off and open it to see a very tired and annoyed y/n answering it. "Hi." "Oh, hi y/n. Uh I was calling to talk to Andrew about work stuff." I yell over at y/n/ Shane and say "hey can I call you back?" "Yeah sure I'll be here." He then hangs up. Why was he calling you this early three times?" She groans. I smile at her, and kiss her then hand her the coffee I ordered just a few minutes ago, her face lit up. "THANK YOU I LOVE YOU" she went back to the bedroom sipping at her coffee. I called Shane back after yelling that I forgot something in my car and went outside and closed the door behind me. "Hey shane" "hey. Is y/n okay she seemed upset?" "You woke her from her slumber" he laughed. "Soooo when are you asking her?" "About what- OH! Probably today. I have a plan." I smirked. He squealed like a little girl. "OMG YAS!" "HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ASK HER?" I tell him my plan and he screams. "ANDREW THATS PERFECT I-" "I'm deaf now but I'm glad you liked it." I peer over to the window to see y/n looking out at me pouting. "Hey shane?" "Yeah?" "The girlfriend is signalling that she wants me inside and my coffee is almost gone so" "ahhhh okay, tell me how it goes" "I will by Shane" "byeee".

I walked back inside and sat on the couch where y/n was "what were you guys talking about?" "Well I ended up calling him as I was grabbing my keys out of my car and just decided to call him out there as opposed to him here out of pure laziness, and just about the editing schedule." She laughed and sat on my lap. "I missed you." "I was gone for like 10 minutes" "I know. But I missed you." I smiled and she put her head in my neck. I imagined my plan for today and smiled even more. She looked up at me. "What are you smiling about?" "I just love you a lot." She giggled. "Silly" she got up and went into the kitchen to grab her coffee that she left on the counter. "Oh and by the way I'm spending the afternoon with Ry. We're baking and cleaning." I chuckled. "I know shane told me." "What are you going to do here?" "Probably just watch tv and hang out with Garrett" she nodded, and walked into my room to go change. I texted Garrett to meet me at- "y/n?" "Yeah?!" "When are you going to Ryland's?" "1" "ok" 1:30-2:00 just in case y/n suspects something, since he's bringing over everything that I hid at his house. She walks back out wearing jeans a crop top with her hair up and heels. I stand up. "You're beautiful" "I love you" "I love you too" she kissed me. (Skip time) it was now 1:20 and I just got the text that y/n was at Shane's so I texted Garrett to come over. He eventually got here at about 1:30 and gave me a nervous smile. "Dude" "what?" "I don't know I'm just nervous" "bitch do you see me right now? I'm gonna have to shower like three times because I'm sweating so much." We both laugh it off and start getting the stuff out of Garrett's car. I set up all of the candles everywhere in my living room and kitchen for easy access to light later on in the night and out the lilies that I bought in vases around the space as well, lilies are y/n's favourite. I looked around the room with a giant smile on my face the entire time. "Dude. This is happening in t-minus 2 hours." "I know." "Go get ready" "I take like a half an hour?" "Dude believe me. Do it now. I'm gonna head out and over to Shane's. Text us in the groupchat that we made to come over and we will" "alright I'll see you" he chuckled and left. Then it was just me, and my fucking nerves of course. I snap out of my thoughts and go grab a shower, then brush my teeth again do my hair. God I sound like a girl. Then change into a redish dress shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, and jeans. Which I never wear, but today we're doing it. By the time I'm done it's 6:00pm, and I get a text from y/n saying she's about 10 minutes away. I run out to the living room and kitchen and start lighting all of the candles. I just finish as her car pulls into the parking lot and text the groupchat to come to my apartment, and I make sure that the ring is in my pocket just as the door handle twists and the door opens. She sets her stuff down on the couch and looks up.

"Andrew-" she covers her mouth. She looks over at the tv and realizes what's playing and gasps. "No way." "Y/n" she walks towards me. And says a muffed 'Oh my god' behind her hands. I kneel down on one knee just as Monica does on the screen and start talking. "Y/n, when I first met you I never knew how much you'd impact my life. I realized from the moment that I asked you the first important question that I'd never want or need anyone other than you. You make me happier than I ever thought I could be. I love you." She sniffles. "Y/n-" I take out the ring box and open it "-will you marry me?" "Yes" we smile and I put the ring on her finger and pull her into a hug. "Can we come in yet we're dying out here?!" (HAHAHAH if you couldn't notice what this is based on :)) "come in!" "We're engaged!"
