Here comes the Spring, a promise of hope Light after dark, a kaleidoscope Branches ablaze, in blossoming colour Picking off petals, thinking of a lover Warm breeze of Summer, long nights to do more Temperature rises, the chance to explore Fluffy clouds drift, across skies of blue Picking off petals, thinking of you Falling in Autumn, the time for harvest Shedding a tear, for opportunities missed Excited children, kicking piles of leaves Picking off petals, no longer believes Cold-hearted Winter, ice in your soul Wrapped up in woollen, embers of coal North winds and blizzards, forecasted snow No more petals, no flowers will grow
