Rain pooling up in droplets
Upon the window pane
With weight they start to roll
Mirroring my welling eyes
As my tears start to fall
Drops with swollen bellies
Bulbous on the glass
Gravity pulls them free
Blinking to relieve the sting
As my tears spill freely
Lines of running water
Streaks upon the pane
Clouds spill their rain tears from the sky
To drench the ground below
Tears won't stop however hard I try
Raining over an hour now
Flowing relentlessly
The window fogs and thunder groans
Echoing the sobbing
From haunting pain filled moans
Rain tears puddle on the ground
Nature is baptised
Darkened clouds above move across the sky so slow
These tears just will not cease
Even clouds are crying because you had to go
