Hello there. I've written this story based on Disney movies I've watched growing up. This is going to be a fairy tale told in the formation if this was a Disney movie, but I'm planning on elements from Disney movies of the past and just tell this story and write songs my way.
This story is going to be unlike any love/fantasy story you have ever heard. Unlike other books like Lord of the Rings and the Twilight Saga, this is going to have a half human character and a different creature no one thought of falling in love with.
The two main characters: Vaeludar and Marina. Here is a picture of them.

You see how they love each other while they physically look different. This story is to explore the personality of an individual, not the physical appearances of a different individual should be judgmental of a person's heart and personality.
At first, Vaeludar is abandon by his human mother and dragon father and left at a friend's house for unknown reasons. He grows up in a human village and is somewhat a violent hybrid who seeks to do battle against a foe he somehow hates. And all his life, he has been shunned by humanity because of his appearance. He is considered to be a Demon (or a monster.)
For this story, it is a spinoff of a series I've started in 2014 and finished last year in 2020. It is known as "The Tale of a Human Dragon Hybrid Trilogy" selling only on Amazon. This series focuses on the Human Dragon Hybrid character, but this story is going to focus on the two main characters: the Hybrid and the Siren.
As for other characters, they are going to include the main villain: Titan Lord Lusivar. He is a dark sorcerer, Titan King (like Titans from Greek mythology.

These are going to be the main characters of the story, and they will cross paths with each other. Little will be violent, but much will be filled with much joy. The romance will blossom between two different species (somewhat like Beauty and the Beast) and a great rivalry between between the Hybrid and the Titan King.
There will be other characters, but at this point (Jan 2021) I am not pre-planning the story. I'm just going to plan as I go along. Other characters as important or less important will be here. Such as a group known as the Pangaean Knights, an ancient cult that existed to defend the land of Pangaea for a long time and helpers to the Hybrid. Other characters will appear in the story, but I don't know who or how they will appear. I'm just going to write as I go along. One chapter at a time, so this is going to be unpredictable for me.

This will be the main setting of the story, and this land will be known as Shimabellia. "Shima" is Japanese for "Island" and "bellia" is Italian for "beautiful." But the real Italian word is "bella" so I added an "I" in there. So this word is translated "Island beautiful."

This story is finished as of Feb. 2023. From Dec 2022-Jan 2023, I will say I feel like I have rushed the story. Of course, I really haven't spent any proper time plotting, coursing, planning on how to tell this story. So I really had no idea what I was doing.
Personal experience, I focused on one character: the main character. This story, I was focusing on two different characters, which was a challenge for me. To me, this is a Disney-themed fairy tale, and I felt like I was working on a novel for a large series.
So regretfully, I've rushed myself in completing something I've started in 2021, and I needed to finish. I'm working on a new series with 14 books, and I've only drafted a few. There is too much going on with my life, and I do hope you at least enjoy what I've tried to create. Not a perfect work, and not how I planned on creating. It's just "an idea that popped into my head." So I hope you do enjoy a fair amount of the storytelling between a human dragon hybrid and a siren.

Spent an entire month trying to finish this story to go to other projects lying in wait for me for the pass few years. This was just becoming too much of a burden, and I really needed to finish it. Trying to work and writing is really taking a lot out of me. To ease my life, wrap this story while still trying to deliver a real story.
Sometime, in the future, I will come back to edit, rewrite, rethink where the weakest writing is and make it stronger. But for the time being, I need to finish some personal projects. Adeu
