Ch. 35 | Their Fake Friendship

"Hello! I'm Heather. It's nice to meet you!"

"Oh, hi. I'm Selena. Nice to meet you too" I smiled unintentionally.

What's wrong with Kath? She knew that this girl is obsessed with Antaios then, Why would she befriend her?

"Hey, Selena! The Coach assigned me as the Backliner! How about you? Wait, Let me come with you!" She grabbed my hand.

"By the way, the coach said we are just practicing together, but there's a chance we might be opponents in the upcoming sports fest." She said.

"I hope we are not opponents!" I sighed. "Although it's 100% impossible"

"Selena Grey. 12th Grade." She said.

After warming up, We just set each other's position. And I got the Server part. Then after that, we got dismissed. I and Kathy are all alone now. Without Heather so I told her something.

"Hey. That's the girl that was obsessed with Antaios, Right?"

"Oh, You mean Heather?" She grabbed me to somewhere private. "We have something to deal with her"

"Wait, Why?" I whispered. "What do you mean, You have something to deal with Heather?"

"Heather once bullied Charles. I need to pay back. She's a fool."

"That B*tch! If I were Charles, I would've slapped her in her face." We started walking again that time.

"Oh, I almost forgot! I need to go now, Selena! I'm having a group study with Charles and his friends"

"What? The school year will end. Why do you have to?" I asked.

"Shh! I just wanted to see him study! Hehe" She smirked.

"Oh, Okay. I guess we'll see each other later" I waved at her as she got farther.

I just walked by.

I wonder where is Basketball Club. I have no idea where it is because I was late when it was announced. I don't have anywhere to go. As for Alissa, I'm not informed where club she goes. I think the Boys are on the Basketball Club because it's too obvious.

Should I peek into the Basketball Club?

I headed to the Basketball Club. I decided to peek at them in the meantime. I just felt bored. I don't have any accompany. They are all busy with something.

I looked at the windows of the gym. There are quite many people there so I can't see where those boys are. So I decided to went in since they won't see me because it's too crowded. I headed to the upper bleachers.

"Lemme see. Where are they?"

"Oh! There they are!" They were at the corner, standing. Jaxon and Antaios were together while Harry, Michael, and Tristan were at the other side. I think they were separated into teams.

But I was shocked that Antaios and Jaxon started to push each other. What the hell are they doing?! Are they fighting?!

I got more shocked that I covered my mouth with my hand because they started punching each other. I became all nervous by what I saw just now.

Some players stopped them from fighting. The crowd started to get confused about what was happening, too. From what I see, Michael, Tristan, and Harry went to them to calm them down.

If I weren't here, I wouldn't have gotten this nervous and shocked. So I went outside the gym.

I have no choice but to head home. I have no one to head to anyways. I can't remove to my mind what happened. I can't stop thinking about it. Why don't they quarrel in front of us, but quarrel when we're away? Are they keeping it a secret, You know, they feel like friends in Front of us.
